Modernisation of the road link of the Pieniny National Parks — Stage 2

The implementation of the project is divided into four basic tasks: 1. Preparation of the project. 2. The investment phase. 3. Promotion of the project and. 4. Personnel and administrative expenditure. 1. The tasks that have been completed and invoiced until the submission of the application — processing of project documentation, translation work and economic and financial analysis are included. 2. It consists of construction works for all partners. On the Slovak side, this is the modernisation of roads II/542 and II/543, which, before the Lysá n/D border crossing, connect funnelovito and are heading to Poland, thus increasing the cross-border character of the investment into the wider territory. On the Polish side, the modernisation of road sections 969 Krościenko and 1636K Krościenko — Szczawnica is proposed, where it will be connected with the Slovak sections on road 969 and via road 49, allows connection to the Polish TEN-T corridor — motorway 7. On the Slovak side, it is possible to connect to the Slovak TEN-T corridor to the D1 motorway. The purpose of modernising the roads is to stabilise the road bodies, improve the surface properties of the abrasion layer and thus create conditions for safe transport.To ensure drainage of the road road will be reconstructed bridge object and permeators. The increase in safety will be addressed by complementing the transport safety subsystems — derailment, horizontal and vertical traffic signs, directional posts, ensuring greater safety at the risk crossing for pedestrians in the Red Monastery. 3. it will serve to ensure that the programme and project are informed. Each of the partners will inform about the implementation of the project on their website and carry out this task as described in the next section. 4. As part of this task, staff expenditure for staff directly involved in the implementation of the project, as well as expenditure relating to administrative expenditure, shall be paid.

Realizácia projektu je rozdelená na 4 základné úlohy: 1. Príprava projektu. 2. Investičná fáza. 3. Propagácia projektu a. 4. Personálne a administratívne výdavky. 1. sú zahrnuté úlohy, ktoré boli zrealizované a vyfakturované do predloženia žiadosti - spracovanie projektovej dokumentácie, prekladateľské práce a ekonomicko-finančná analýza. 2. sa skladá zo stavebných prác u všetkých partnerov. Na slovenskej strane je to modernizácia ciest II/542 a II/543, ktoré sa pred hraničným priechodom Lysá n/D sa lievikovito spájajú a smerujú do Poľska, čím sa zvyšuje cezhraničný charakter investície na širšie územie. Na Poľskej strane je navrhnutá modernizácia úsekov ciest 969 Krościenko a 1636K Krościenko - Szczawnica, kde sa napoja spolu so slovenskými úsekmi na ceste 969 a prostredníctvom cesty 49, umožňuje napojenie na poľský koridor TEN-T - diaľnicu 7. Na slovenskej strane je umožnené napojenie na slovenský koridor TEN-T na diaľnicu D 1. Účelom modernizácie komunikácií je stabilizovanie cestných telies, zlepšenie povrchových vlastnosti obrusnej vrstvy a tým vytvorenie podmienok pre bezpečnú dopravu.Na zabezpečenia odvodnenia cestnej komunikácie dôjde k rekonštrukcií mostného objektu a priepustov. Zvýšenie bezpečnosti bude riešené doplnením dopravných bezpečnostných subsystémov - zvodidla, vodorovné a zvisle dopravné značenie, smerové stĺpiky, zabezpečením väčšej bezpečnosti na rizikovom priechode pre chodcov v Červenom Kláštore. 3. bude slúžiť na zabezpečenie informovanosti programu a projektu. O realizácií projektu bude každý z partnerov informovať na svojej internetovej stránke a realizovať túto úlohu v zmysle popisu úlohy v ďalšej časti. 4. v rámci tejto úlohy budú vyplatené personálne výdavky pre pracovníkov priamo zapojených do realizácie projektu a tiež výdavky súvisiace s administratívnymi výdavkami.
