Travel without borders

The border territory of the SR-PL represents a rich territory for cultural or natural monuments, social and sporting events. However, if one of us decides to visit the beauty of both countries, he must look for information individually about each monument individually, mostly only in the national language of the country, and when this information is not available, he usually deals with individual car transport. The aim of the project is to offer to domestic and foreign tourists the possibility of multimodal transport of both countries through the creation of a central point. As part of it, they will find all the necessary information in one place in both language mutations, which will allow you to plan your own route based on your own preferences (e.g. wooden church route, hiking trail or sports events) and print it or transfer it in electronic form to a laptop or mobile phone. The innovative products created will also allow visualisation of selected points of the tent route (in the form of video and 3D map) and the route in question, using a combination of available transport (train, bus, bicycle, foot, car), e.g. in order to minimise travel costs, visit selected cities, etc. The above available traffic will serve to ensure that the borders of both countries are crossed. The project therefore foresees the creation of 2 joint project outputs focusing on multimodal use of transport in the border region of Slovakia and Poland, i.e. mobile application and website. Other outputs will be soft activities dedicated to stepping up the exchange and dissemination of information by different target groups of the population or visitors to the cross-border territory. With the help of created products and subsequent joint activities (seminars, workshops, lectures,...) we want to increase the level of attractiveness and promotion of accessible transport located in the border territory of Slovakia and Poland.

Pohraničné územie SR-PL predstavuje bohaté územie na kultúrne či prírodné pamiatky, spoločenské a športové akcie. Ak sa však niekto z nás rozhodne navštíviť krásy oboch krajín, musí hľadať informácie individuálne o každej pamiatke samostatne, zväčša len v národnom jazyku danej krajiny a pri nedostupnosti týchto informácií zväčša rieši individuálnu automobilovú dopravu. Zámerom projektu je ponúknuť domácemu obyvateľstvu, domácim ale aj zahraničným turistom možnosť multimodálnej dopravy oboch krajín pomocou vytvorenia centrálneho bodu. V rámci neho nájdu všetky potrebné informácie na jednom mieste v oboch jazykových mutáciách, čo umožní naplánovať si vlastnú trasu na základe vlastných preferencií (napr. trasa drevených kostolíkov, trasa vysokohorských tú či športových podujatí) a takto vytvorenú trasu si vytlačiť či preniesť v elektronickej podobe do notebooku alebo mobilného telefónu. Vytvorené inovatívne produkty umožnia taktiež vizualizáciu vybraných bodov stanovej trasy (vo forme videa a 3D mapy) a predmetnú trasu prejsť použitím kombinácie dostupnej dopravy (vlak, autobus, bicykel, pešo, automobil), napr. s cieľom minimalizácie cestovných nákladov, navštívenia vybraných miest a pod. Vyššie uvedená dostupná doprava bude slúžiť na zabezpečenie prekročenia hranice oboch krajín. Projekt teda predpokladá vytvorenie 2 spoločných výstupov projektu zameriavajúcich sa na multimodálne využívanie dopravy v pohraničnej oblasti Slovenska a Poľska, t.j. mobilnej aplikácie a webovej stránky. Ďalším výstupom budú mäkké aktivity venované zintenzívneniu výmeny a šírenia informácií rôznym cieľovými skupinami obyvateľstva či návštevníkov cezhraničného územia. Pomocou vytvorených produktov a následných spoločných aktivít (semináre, workshopy, prednášky, ...) chceme zvýšiť úroveň atraktivity a mieru propagácie dostupnej dopravy nachádzajúcej sa v pohraničnom území Slovenska a Poľska.
