2 партнера – ГБУК «Калининградская областная филармония им. Е.В. Светланова» и Художественная школа Неринги – создадут уникальную долговременную приграничную сеть для учреждений культуры путем проведения серии культурных мероприятий. В результате реализации проекта будут организованы мастер-классы «Музыкальная терапия» и «Музыка под открытым небом», 2 пленэра «Музыка на холсте», 4 выставки рисунков по результатам пленэров «Музыка на холсте». Благоустроенная территория филармонии в Калининграде будет реконструирована, на ней появится интерактивный комплекс «Музыка под открытым небом», включающий набор уличных музыкальных инструментов. Также интерактивный комплекс «Музыка под открытым небом» появится и на территории, прилегающей к Художественной школе Неринги. Кроме того, в Калининграде будет создана инсталляция уличного арт-объекта «Музыкальная скамья Гарри Гродберга», чтобы увековечить память великого русского органиста, который родился в Литве.

Valstybinė biudžetinė kultūros įstaiga „Y.F. Svetlanovo Kaliningrado srities filharmonija“ ir Neringos meno mokykla sukurs unikalų ir ilgalaikį bendradarbiavimo per sieną tinklą kultūros įstaigoms. Projekto metu bus surengtos dirbtuvės „Muzikos terapija“ ir „Lauko muzika“, organizuojami 2 plenerai „Muzika ant drobės“ ir plenerų piešinių parodos. Kaliningrade bus atnaujinta filharmonijos teritorija, kurioje partneriai sukurs interaktyvų kompleksą „Lauko muzika“ su lauko muzikos instrumentais. Interaktyvus kompleksas bus vystomas taip pat ir teritorijoje, esančioje šalia Neringos meno mokyklos.Be to, siekiant įamžinti Lietuvoje gimusio garsaus rusų vargonininko atminimą, Kaliningrade bus sukurta lauko meninė instaliacija „Hario Grodbergo muzikinis suolelis“.

State budgetary institution of culture "Y.F. Svetlanov’s Kaliningrad Regional Philharmonic" and Neringa Art School shall establish a unique cross-border durable network for cultural institutions by organising a series of cultural events. Workshops „Music Therapy“ and "Outdoor Music", 2 plein airs "Music on Canvas", 4 exhibitions of plein-airs "Music on Canvas" drawings shall be organised as a result of the project.The landscaped territory of the Philharmony in Kaliningrad shall be renovated, where an interactive complex „Outdoor Music” with a set of outdoor musical instruments shall be created. An interactive complex „Outdoor Music“ shall be established on the territory adjacent to Neringa Art School as well. What is more, an installation of outdoor art object „Harry Grodberg musical bench“ shall be created in Kaliningrad to perpetuate the memory of the great Russian organist, who was born in Lithuania.
