The project focuses on the evaluation and cross-border dissemination of alternative and innovative production methods for the dissemination of the green economy in the fruit, wine, vegetable and arable sectors. In an agroecological context, the aim is to reduce the use of plant protection products and to develop fertiliser practices with a lower impact on soil, air and water quality. To be successful, you have to: get to know better in order to adapt the agricultural methods that have an impact on the environment (water and air quality...): establish a network and exchange ideas; —know the individual stakes and problems in order to be able to act better together: establish common agroecological indicators; —produce and promote innovative processes in the field of production but also education; —the marketing flows of cross-border agricultural products or materials shall take into account: citizens, producers... do not understand the differences in methods, quality or even prices that exist in the regions involved. In order to achieve this, the following measures are to be taken: 1. Establishing a network of pilot farms in the affected production areas to identify, disseminate and produce innovative and transferable methods 2. Together describe cross-border agroecological standards 3. to make the results known sustainably to farmers, consultants and trainers in the Upper Rhine region 4. To develop common content and innovative concepts for education and lifelong learning in the Upper Rhine Region 5. practical testing and introduction of joint training for farmers, consultants, trainers....

Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Bewertung und die grenzüberschreitende Verbreitung alternativer und innovativer Produktionsmethoden zur Verbreitung der Green Economy in den Bereichen Obst-, Wein-, Gemüse- und Ackerbau. In einem agrarökologischen Kontext soll eine Reduzierung der Verwendung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln sowie eine Entwicklung der Düngepraktiken mit geringeren Auswirkungen auf die Boden-, Luft- und Wasserqualität erreicht werden. Um erfolgreich zu sein, muss man: -sich besser kennenlernen, um die landwirtschaftlichen Methoden anzupassen, die Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt haben (Wasser- und Luftqualität…): ein Netzwerk aufbauen und sich austauschen; -die einzelnen Einsätze und Problematiken kennen, um zusammen besser handeln zu können: gemeinsame agrarökologische Indikatoren festsetzen; -innovative Verfahren im Gebiet der Produktion aber auch der Bildung hervorbringen und fördern; -die Vermarktungsströme der grenzüberschreitenden landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnisse oder Materialien berücksichtigen: die Bürger, die Erzeuger… verstehen nicht die Unterschiede in Methoden, Qualität oder sogar Preisen, die in den beteiligten Regionen existieren. Um dies zu erreichen, sollen folgende Maßnahmen ergriffen werden: 1. Schaffung eines Netzwerks aus landwirtschaftlichen Pilotbetrieben in den betroffenen Produktionsbereichen, um innovative und übertragbare Methoden zu identifizieren, verbreiten und hervorzubringen 2. gemeinsam grenzüberschreitende agrarökologische Maßstäbe beschreiben 3. die Ergebnisse den Landwirten, Beratern und Ausbildern im Oberrheingebiet nachhaltig bekannt zu machen 4. gemeinsame Inhalte und innovative Konzepte für die Bildung und das lebenslange Lernen im Oberrheingebiet zu entwickeln 5. praktische Erprobung und Einführung der gemeinsamen Ausbildung für die Landwirte, Berater, Ausbilder….

Le projet est centré sur l’identification et la valorisation transfrontalière de pratiques alternatives et innovantes en productions agricoles, viticoles, légumières et arboricoles dans un contexte d’économie verte. Dans un cadre agroécologique il y a lieu de réduire l’usage des produits phytopharmaceutiques ainsi que de développer des pratiques de fertilisation à moindre impact sur la qualité du sol, de l’air et de l’eau. Pour réussir, il y a besoin de: -mieux se connaitre pour ajuster les pratiques agricoles qui ont des conséquences sur le pays voisin en matière d’environnement (qualité de l’eau et de l’air..) : travailler en réseau, échanger -connaitre les enjeux et problématiques de chacun pour mieux agir ensemble : définir collectivement des indicateurs agroécologiques communs -faire émerger des pratiques innovantes tant en production qu’en formation et les faire connaitre. -prendre en compte les flux de commercialisation des produits agricoles ou d’agrofournitures transfrontaliers : les citoyens, les producteurs,… ne comprennent pas les différences de pratiques, de qualité, voire de prix, entre les régions membres. Pour ce faire, il va falloir: 1°) mettre en place un réseau d’exploitations pilotes dans les différents secteurs concernés pour identifier et échanger sur leurs pratiques, voire faire émerger les pratiques innovantes et transposables 2°) décrire collectivement des indicateurs agro-écologiques transfrontaliers et les faire connaître 3°) faire connaitre de façon pérenne les résultats aux agriculteurs, conseillers et formateurs du Rhin Supérieur 4°) développer collectivement des contenus transfrontaliers de formation et concevoir collectivement des concepts innovants de formation et d’apprentissage tout au long de la vie dans le Rhin Supérieur 5°) mettre en œuvre des modules transfrontaliers de formation à destination des agriculteurs, conseillers, formateurs,.. et les essaimer en formation Initiale.

Achievements (EN):

The agricultural press reported on the work carried out in this project supported by the Interreg V Oberrhein programme. The results of 4 groups of holdings (agriculture, viticulture, fruit and vegetable growing) which are particularly involved in the agro-ecological transition were examined for 3 years (2017-2019). The lessons learned are very encouraging and show that companies can be very successful in reducing chemical inputs (fertilisers and plant protection products) without compromising their profitability.

Die Kernaussage des europäischen Projekts AGRO Form war, dass die agrarökologische Verfahren mit der wirtschaftlichen Rentabilität der landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe am Oberrhein vereinbar ist. Die landwirtschaftliche Presse berichtete über die Arbeit, die in diesem durch das Programm Interreg V Oberrhein unterstützten Projekt durchgeführt wurde. Die Ergebnisse von 4 Gruppen von Betrieben (Ackerbau, Weinbau, Obst- und Gemüsebau), die besonders am agro-ökologischen Umstieg beteiligt sind, wurden für 3 Jahre (2017-2019) untersucht. Die daraus gezogenen Lehren sind sehr ermutigend und zeigen, dass Unternehmen sehr erfolgreich bei der Reduzierung des chemischen Inputs (Düngemittel und Pflanzenschutzmittel) sein können, ohne ihre Rentabilität zu beeinträchtigen.
