Les mobilités actives sont en fort développement dans l'espace du Rhin Supérieur. Les rives allemande et française du Rhin sont parcourues par l'Eurovélo 15 et cet itinéraire est relié par quelques points de passage. Pour soutenir ce mouvement, il est indispensable de développer des infrastructures sécurisées, confortables et indépendantes des voies de circulation routières existantes. C'est dans ce contexte que le Département du Bas-Rhin et le Landratsamt de Rastatt souhaitent porter un nouveau projet d'aménagement d'itinéraire cyclable, avec la construction d'un deuxième tablier reposant sur les fondations de l'ouvrage existant entre Beinheim et Wintersdorf. La présente étude permettra d'apprécier la faisabilité de cette nouvelle liaison et d'en estimer les coûts. Elle comprend des levés topographiques, des sondages géotechniques, la définition du tracé de la piste cyclable et des raccordements et l'étude des ouvrages d'art. L'étude à engager doit permettre d'identifier la meilleure solution possible, en tenant compte de l'ensemble des démarches d'études et d'aménagements complémentaires : plan d'action pour la mobilité sur l'espace PAMINA, réflexions allemande en faveur de l'aménagement cyclable de la RD4 / B500.

Active mobility in the Upper Rhine is growing rapidly. The Eurovélo 15 cycle path runs on the banks of the Rhine on the German and French sides with some crossing possibilities. In order to support this development, it is essential to develop safe and comfortable infrastructure, regardless of the existing road routes. In this context, the department of Bas-Rhin and the Rastatt Landratamt would like to carry out a new project for the development of a cycle path with the construction of a second roadway, based on the foundation of the existing building between Beinheim and Wintersdorf. The planned study will assess the feasibility of this new link and estimate its cost. It includes topographical investigations, geotechnical investigations, the definition of the course of the cycle path and crossings, as well as the examination of the structures. The study to be carried out should make it possible to work out the best possible solution, taking into account all other complementary studies and development approaches: PAMINA Mobility Action Plan, reflections on the German side on the construction of a cycle path on the RD4/B500.

Die aktive Mobilität am Oberrhein wächst rasant. Der Radweg Eurovélo 15 verläuft am Rheinufer auf deutscher und französischer Seite mit einigen Überquerungsmöglichkeiten. Um diese Entwicklung zu unterstützen, ist es unerlässlich, sichere und komfortable Infrastrukturen, unabhängig von den bestehenden Straßenverkehrswegen, zu entwickeln. In diesem Zusammenhang möchten das Departement Bas-Rhin und das Landratsamt Rastatt ein neues Projekt zur Entwicklung eines Radwegs mit dem Bau einer zweiten Fahrbahn, auf der Grundlage des Fundaments des bestehenden Bauwerks zwischen Beinheim und Wintersdorf, durchführen. Die geplante Studie wird die Machbarkeit dieser neuen Verbindung bewerten und deren Kosten abschätzen. Sie beinhaltet topographische Untersuchungen, geotechnische Untersuchungen, die Definition des Verlaufs des Radweges und der Überquerungen, sowie die Prüfung der Bauwerke. Die durchzuführende Studie soll es ermöglichen, die bestmögliche Lösung herauszuarbeiten, unter Berücksichtigung aller weiteren, komplementären Studien und Entwicklungsansätzen: Aktionsplan Mobilität PAMINA, Überlegungen auf deutscher Seite zum Bau eines Radweges an der RD4 / B500.
