Ce microprojet consiste à organiser un parlement des sciences transfrontalier adressé à des lycéens français et allemands, sur la thématique air-climat-énergie. Afin de se préparer, les élèves des 16 classes impliquées prendront part à une journée Kick-off lors des Science Days en octobre 2019 à Rust. Ils participeront ainsi à des conférences animées par des intervenants venant de part et d’autre du Rhin, autour de la thématique air-climat-énergie et de la démocratie européenne. Jusqu’à janvier 2020, accompagnés par leurs enseignants, les élèves poursuivront leurs recherches sur la thématique, en s’appuyant sur les documents pédagogiques développés au sein du projet. Dans chaque classe, 5 élèves seront alors choisis pour représenter leur établissement lors des 2 jours de Parlement de sciences à Strasbourg début février 2020. Lors de ce Parlement, les élèves expérimenteront les processus démocratiques qui prévalent dans les institutions législatives. Ils seront réunis en 5 commissions où ils débattront entre eux, accompagnés de spécialistes des sujets traités. Ces échanges seront restitués en assemblée générale, donnant lieu à un nouveau temps de débat ayant pour objectif de voter des résolutions. Ces résolutions seront transmises aux institutions législatives locales concernées et présentées dans les classes participantes, pour en établir une transposition à l’échelle des établissements scolaires.

The aim of this small project is to organize a cross-border science parliament for French and German high school students on the subject of air-climate-energy. In preparation, the students from the 16 classes involved will take part in a kick-off day as part of the Science Days in Rust in October 2019. Here they will attend lectures by German and French speakers on the subject of air, climate and energy and on European democracy. Until January 2020, the students, supported by their teachers, will conduct research on the subject using the pedagogical materials developed as part of the project. Each class will then select 5 students who will represent their school at the two-day science parliament in Strasbourg in early February 2020. Within the framework of the parliament, the students will try out the democratic processes of the legislative bodies. They will form 5 committees in which they will debate each other, assisted by experts on the topics covered. The results are then presented in the plenum and discussed again in order to make appropriate decisions. These decisions are then passed on to the local legislative bodies concerned and presented to the participating classes in order to achieve implementation at school level.

Ziel dieses Kleinprojekts ist die Organisation eines grenzüberschreitenden Wissenschaftsparlaments für französische und deutsche Gymnasiast*innen zum Thema Luft-Klima-Energie. Zur Vorbereitung werden die Schüler der 16 beteiligten Klassen im Oktober 2019 an einem Kick-off-Tag im Rahmen der Science Days in Rust teilnehmen. Hier werden sie Vorträge von deutschen und französischen Referenten rund um den Themenkomplex Luft-Klima-Energie und zur europäischen Demokratie besuchen. Bis Januar 2020 beschäftigen sich die Schüler, unterstützt von ihren Lehrern, mit Untersuchungen zu dieser Thematik, unter Nutzung der im Rahmen des Projekts entwickelten pädagogischen Unterlagen. In jeder Klasse werden dann 5 Schüler*innen bestimmt, die ihre Schule beim zweitätigen Wissenschaftsparlament in Straßburg Anfang Februar 2020 vertreten werden. Im Rahmen des Parlaments werden die Schüler*innen die demokratischen Prozesse der gesetzgebenden Organe erproben. Sie werden 5 Ausschüsse bilden, in denen sie miteinander debattieren, unterstützt von Fachleuten der behandelten Themen. Die Ergebnisse werden anschließend im Plenum vorgestellt und erneut diskutiert, um entsprechende Beschlüsse zu fassen. Diese Beschlüsse werden dann an die betroffenen lokalen Gesetzgebungsorgane weitergegeben und in den teilnehmenden Klassen vorgestellt, um eine Umsetzung auf Ebene der Schulen zu erreichen.
