Balkan faces common challenges: to reorganize and advance a planned and centralized economy into modern and innovative and lack of skilled labour as well as departure of young people from Balkan to EU.The two year planned project will offer better conditions for the development of SMEs in BiH by improving the conditions for their work, providing adequate and favourable business premises for their work and increasing competitiveness through the acquisition of new knowledge and skills for workers and students which will ultimately increase employment, competitiveness and export ability of enterprises.Through the transfer of new knowledge and skills between the institutions involved in the project, a network of experts and institutions will be created and cooperation between institutions that assist development of SMEs will be improved. Main outputs are: Renovated part of ZEDA building with 35 new offices spaces for SMEs Minimum of 5 SMEs hosted in newly renovated building Equipped 3 of innovative training and educational centres - secondary schools in Gradiška, Podgorica and Nikšić Network of educational and partner institutions established and virtual educational web platform developed Two (2) Business support organization trained in ToT to improve their capacities and level of knowledgefor the future beneficiaries Developed curricula for training sessions 5 cycles of pilot trainings for 252 students/entrepreneurs/unemployed persons organizedThe target groups are Entrepreneurs from the BiH, Croatia nad Montenegro who have the need to acquire quality and useful knowledge in the field of Robotics,programming and operating of CNC machines,mechatronics; new start-ups with business space requirements and initial business support, trainers,students and unemployed who want to gain new skills.

Expected Results (EN): Range of cluster activities enhancing innovation, new technologies and ICT solutions

Expected Outputs (EN):

1.Enhanced Infrastructure and Technical Capacity of Educational and Business Centres for Support to SMEsin the Project Area-Beside the reconstruction of the facility that will provide the necessary space for start-ups,project will show that modern and innovative technical equipment creates conditions for business and educational centres in line with the demands of modern industrial production.Activities will be measured and evaluated according to the number of established start-ups. 2.Strengthened human capacities of educational centres in areas in line with the needs of the labour market-Educating educators in the field of robotics,mechatronics,CNC and 3D industrial modelling will create possibilities for the training of the unemployed,additional education of workers and students in regular teaching,and will be monitored, measured and evaluated according to the labour market requirements.Pilot project for the training of the unemployed and students and during the project implementation,contributes to the entrepreneurs in the project area in creating quality workforce and synergy between entrepreneurs,educational centres and employment bureaus,which will bring stability and faster progress. 3.Created conditions for networking entrepreneurs and educational centres in the program area - Creating a web platform and signing a MoU between at the first time project parters and later on with educational centres will create conditions for networking of all interested actors at the level of the program area.The online platform will link educational centres for theoretical knowledge transfer to target groups.The results will be monitored,measured and evaluated according to number of actors in network. The cross border cooperation between three participating countries will be encouraged through activities that will support the positive changes in sector of entrepreneurship and the most important thing is that the results will be measurable and visible
