Description (EN): Wood architecture and furniture industry education tries to meet the requirements of the labor market and this poses a cross-border problem leading to students lacking motivation to leave school prematurely or to delay their graduation. However, education is not practice-oriented enough, project approach is not widespread enough and there are still too few practicing professionals involved. The need for the experiential application of online tools is growing. With the realization of the project we support the practice-oriented, project-approach development of the wood architecture and furniture industry education of the border region. Our activities include the outlining of a structure-, regulation- and tool system that is the condition for institutionalized, long-term cooperation of cross-regional wood architecture and furniture industry education. Apart from massive open online courses (MOOC) a joint online educational platform will be created, with skill-share as its goal. We plan to increase student motivation by building social networks, by „providing experiences in education”. We provide a new, project-based tool in wood architecture and furniture industry education. We organize study circles, workplace presentations and summer camps for elementary school students to offer career guidance. 6 educational institutions, 20 SMEs and 120 people working in education will help us implement our goals. It is essential to involve industry players for this development because of the output needs and the practice-oriented approach. Project partners offer services for the teachers and students of the secondary and higher educational institutions working in wood architecture and furniture industry across the border thus creating cooperation. By signing cooperation contracts they build on the results of earlier projects.
Read more Description (DE): Die Anpassung des Unterrichts von HA und MI an die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes bedeutet in grenzüberschreitender Relation ein Problem, ähnlich wie mangelnde Motivation der Schüler zum Schulabbruch oder zur Verzögerung der Ausbildung (bei Diplomierten) führt. Der Unterricht ist nicht ausreichend praxisorientiert, auch der Projektansatz ist zu wenig verbreitet, die Zahl der miteingebundenen Fachleute ist auch immer noch niedrig. Es zeigt sich ein immer höherer Bedarf an erlebnishafter Benutzung von Online-Mitteln. Durch das Projekt wird die praxis- und projektorientierte Entwicklung des Unterrichts von HA und MI in der Grenzregion gefördert. Zu unseren Aktivitäten gehört die Skizzierung eines Regelungswerkes und Mittelverzeichnisses, welches die Grundvoraussetzung einer institutionalisierten, langfristigen, regionsüberschreitenden Kooperation im Unterricht von HA und MI darstellt. Neben der Umsetzung von MOOC-Kursen entsteht eine gemeinsame, online Unterrichts-Plattform, deren Ziel das „skill sharing“ ist. Durch Gemeinschaftsaufbau ist geplant, die Motivation der Schüler zu fördern, „im Unterricht Erlebnisse zu bieten“. Ein neuartiges und projektorientiertes Tool wird für den Unterricht von HA und MI angeboten. Mit dem Ziel der Berufsorientierung werden Fachzirkel, Präsentationen von Arbeitsplätzen und Sommercamps für Schüler der Grundschule (1-
8. Klassen) organisiert. 6 Unterrichts-einrichtungen, 20 KMU und 120 Personen nach dem neuen Unterrichts-system werden zur Umsetzung der Ziele miteinbezogen. Zur Entwicklung ist die Miteinbeziehung von Akteuren aus der Industrie (wegen Outputs und Praxisorientiertheit) unerlässlich. Projektpartner bieten Lehrern, Dozenten und Schülern der Unterrichtseinrichtungen (Mittel- und Hochschulwesen) eine Dienstleistung an, schaffen, aufbauend auf die Erfahrungen früherer Projekte Zusammenarbeit durch Kooperationsverträge auf.
Read more Description (HU): A faépítészeti- és bútoripari oktatás munkaerőpiaci igényeknek való megfelelése határmenti relációban problémát jelent, hasonlóan a diákság motiválatlansága miatti iskolaelhagyáshoz, vagy a képzés (diplomás) befejeződésének elhúzódásához vezet. Az oktatás nem eléggé gyakorlatorientált, nem eléggé elterjedt a projektszemlélet és a bevont gyakorló szakemberek száma még mindig alacsony. Egyre nagyobb igény jelentkezik az online eszközök élményszerű alkalmazására is. A projekt megvalósításával a határrégió faépítészeti és bútoripari oktatásának gyakorlatorientált, projektszemléletű fejlesztését támogatjuk. Tevékenységeink között szerepel egy olyan struktúra, szabály- eszközrendszer felvázolása, amely az intézményesített, hosszútávú faépítészeti és bútoripari területhatármenti oktatási együttműködésénekfeltétele. Tömeges online (MOOC) kurzusok megvalósítása mellett létrejön egy közös, online oktatási platform, melynek célja az ismeretmegosztás („skill share”). Közösségépítéssel tervezzük a diákság motiváltságának növelését, „élmények nyújtását az oktatásban”. Újszerű és projektalapú eszközt kínálunk a faépítészeti- és bútoripari oktatás területén. Pályaorientációs céllal szakköröket, munkahely bemutatókat és nyári táborokat szervezünk általános iskolásoknak. Céljainkat 6 oktatási intézmény, 20 KKV és 120 fő új oktatási rendszerben résztvevő bevonásával valósítjuk meg. A fejlesztéshez az ipari szereplők bevonása nélkülözhetetlen (kimeneti igények, gyakoratorientáltság miatt). A projektpartnerek a határmenti faépítészeti és bútoripari (középfokú és felsőfokú) oktatási intézmények tanárai, oktatói és diákjai számára kínálnak szolgáltatást, teremtik meg az összefogást, együttműködési szerződések megkötésével korábbi projektek tapasztalataira építve.
