Description (HU):

A Magyarországon és Kelet-Ausztriában is jelentős mértékben elterjedt parlagfű súlyos közegészségügyi és gazdasági problémákat okoz. A projekt ezért átfogó céljaként tűzte ki a parlagfű-mentesítés területén létrejött intézményi együttműködés kiszélesítését és megerősítését földrajzi és szektorális szempontból. A partnerek mindehhez a következő megközelítést kívánják alkalmazni:Az együttműködés elmélyítése: A SAM-projektben a fókusz többé már nem a részt vevő szervezetek mentesítési intézkedéseinek megismerésén van, hanem új stratégiák és intézkezdések közös kidolgozásán. Mindehhez létrehozunk egy központi parlagfű adatbázist, valamint kiszélesítjük azon bilaterális munkacsoportot, amelyben így már az eddig részt vevő szervezetek mellett Alsó-Ausztria és Stájerország tartományok, ill. Vas és Zala megye is képviselteti magát és amelynek feladata az összehangolt mentesítési intézkedések fejlesztése. NGO-k bevonásával továbbá optimális összeköttetést hozunk létre a közigazgatás és a helyi multiplikátor szereplők között.Összpontosítás az EMBERRE és a növényre: Amíg a JAA-előzményprojekt elsősorban a növény bizonyos kultúrákban való előfordulásának hatékony megfékezésére koncentrált, addig a SAM-projekt az orvosi szakértelem bevonására, valamint az allergiában szenvedők védekezési lehetőségekkel kapcsolatos tájékoztatására is hangsúlyt kíván fektetni. Mindehhez új célcsoportként meg kívánjuk szólítani, illetve a tartalmi munkába bevonni a közegészségügyi hatóságokat, orvosokat és gyógyszertárakat.A tudás jobb kapitalizálása: A parlagfű hatékony leküzdése és a növény által kiváltott allergia helyes kezelése testreszabott szakmai ismereteket igényel. A JAA valamint SAM-projektekből nyert értékes tudás célcsoportspecifikus feldolgozása és átadása által multiplikátorok képzését valósítjuk meg, akik hosszú távon járulnak hozzá a hatékony mentesítéshez.

Ragweed, which is very widespread in Hungary and also in Eastern Austria, causes serious problems for public health and the national economy. The overall aim of the project is to expand and strengthen institutional cooperation in the field of ragweed control from a geographical and sectoral perspective. The following approaches are used for this purpose:Deepening the cooperation: The SAM project is no longer about getting to know the control measures of the participating institutions, but about jointly developing new strategies and control measures. To this end, a central ragweed hub will be established and the bilateral working group - in which the provinces of Lower Austria and Styria and the counties of Vas and Zala are now represented in addition to the existing institutions - will be expanded and used to develop coordinated control measures. By involving NGOs, the administrative level is also optimally linked with the multipliers on the ground.Concentration on HUMANS and plant: While the preliminary project JAA was mainly concerned with the effective control of the plant in certain crops, SAM also concentrates on the integration of medical expertise and the information of allergy sufferers about possible protective measures. To this end, the health authorities, doctors and pharmacies are being addressed as a new target group and involved in terms of content.Better capitalisation of knowledge: In order to effectively combat ragweed and deal with the allergies caused by the plant as effectively as possible, tailor-made expertise is needed. By preparing and communicating the valuable knowledge gained in the JAA and SAM projects to specific target groups, multipliers are trained who will contribute to efficient control in the long term.

Die in Ungarn und auch in Ostösterreich stark verbreitete Pflanze Ragweed verursacht ernst zu nehmende Probleme für die öffentliche Gesundheit bzw. die Volkswirtschaft. Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projektes ist es, die institutionelle Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Ragweed-Bekämpfung aus geographischer und sektoraler Sicht auszubauen und zu stärken. Hierfür kommen folgende Ansätze zum Einsatz:Vertiefung der Kooperation: Im SAM-Projekt geht es nicht mehr darum die Bekämpfungsmaßnahmen der beteiligten Institutionen kennenzulernen, sondern gemeinsam neue Strategien und Bekämpfungsmaßnahmen auszuarbeiten. Dazu wird eine zentrale Ragweed-Drehscheibe aufgebaut sowie die bilaterale Arbeitsgruppe - in der neben den bisherigen Institutionen nun auch die Bundesländer NÖ und Stmk und die Komitate Vas und Zala vertreten sind - ausgebaut und zur Entwicklung abgestimmter Bekämpfungsmaßnahmen herangezogen. Durch die Einbeziehung von NGOs wird zudem die Verwaltungsebene optimal mit den Multiplikatoren vor Ort verknüpft.Konzentration auf MENSCH und Pflanze: Während sich das Vorprojekt JAA hauptsächlich mit der wirksamen Bekämpfung der Pflanze in bestimmten Kulturen auseinandergesetzt hat, konzentriert sich SAM auch auf die Einbindung medizinischer Expertise und die Information von Allergikern über mögliche Schutzmaßnahmen. Hierfür werden die Gesundheitsbehörden, ÄrztInnen und Apotheken als neue Zielgruppe angesprochen und inhaltlich einbezogen.Bessere Kapitalisierung des Wissens: Um Ragweed wirksam zu bekämpfen und mit den durch die Pflanze hervorgerufenen Allergien möglichst gut umzugehen, braucht es maßgeschneiderte Expertise. Durch die zielgruppenspezifische Aufbereitung und Vermittlung des in den JAA und SAM-Projekten entstandenen wertvollen Wissens werden Multiplikatoren ausgebildet, die langfristig zu einer effizienten Bekämpfung beitragen.
