Description (EN):

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life of the people from the cross-border area of Iași-Orhei, through investments in health services as well as the development of new competences and instruments in diagnosis of health condition investigations. The main focus is the development of cross-border expertise through formal and non-formal trainings of medical and non-medical staff, exchanges of experience and work groups. Additionally, a manual for best practice guides and a strategic plan for institutional cooperation will be established.

Expanded and equipped health infrastructure (1). Upgraded and equipped existing health infrastructure (1). Non-formal trainings for the doctors in specific areas (2). Training in the field of Strategic management for the medical and non-medical staff in health (1). Training in the field of Innovation management for the medical and non-medical staff in health (1). Exchange of experience with doctors in specific areas (1). Work group with non-medical staff health (2). Work group with doctors in specific areas (1). Manual of best practice guides containing compatible treatments (100). Strategic plan for institutional cooperation in the border area on the medium and long term (100).

Expected Outputs (EN):

Non-Formal trainings for the doctors in specific areas (2) - 30 doctors, 15 from Romania and 15 from Republic of Moldova. Training in the field of Strategic management for the medical and non-medical staff in health in RO (1) - 20 medical and non-medical staff (5 medical and 5 non-medical staff from RO and 5 medical and 5 non-medical staff from RM). Training in the field of Innovation management for the medical and non-medical staff in health in RO (1) - 20 medical and non-medical staff (5 medical and 5 non-medical staff from RO and 5 medical and 5 non-medical staff from RM). Exchange of experience with doctors in specific areas in RO (1) - 30 doctors (15 doctors from RO and 15 doctors from RM), 3 days (2 nights) transport, accommodation in RO for the doctors from RM. Work group with non-medical staff health in RO (1) - 10 non-medical staff (5 non-medical staff from RO and 5 non-medical staff from RM), 2 days (1 nights) transport, accommodation in RO for the non-medical staff from RM.
