Our project is based on the challenge described in the cooperation programme: Intensification of cooperation between institutions in a cross-border context. Context. During the pandemic, most institutions have ceased to cooperate. With our project, we want to show that the exchange and intensive cooperation are possible even during a pandemic. We will be a universal model of the border. Create collaboration that transfers them to a digital level and connects them meaningfully with personal contacts. In the event of further isolation, cooperation will not be completely suspended as this year. The aim of our project is to work with young people to create a common PL-DE offer of modern border crossings. To create cooperation and digital learning. The new approach to cooperation is not possible without the impact of both partners. 2 schools from the border region start a long-distance cooperation: They will get to know each other and their home countries, learn together new teaching methods in the field of natural sciences and create digital teaching materials themselves. With the help of digital devices, they experience that a continuous border crossing. Cooperation is also possible on closed borders. The TN will get to know each other digitally, work together and meet in person later in 2 project weeks. In addition to the natural science education, which is often neglected on both sides of the Oder, they get to know the neighbouring country and the same-old TN. During the project weeks, they should reflect on how they liked the virtual part. How do you evaluate the encounters in the virtual world? Here, very intensive media pedagogical work can be worked with the funds developed and procured in the project. It is expected that the TN will be able to better control their media consumption and learn to appreciate the benefits of direct encounters. On the other hand, they also learn that digitalisation can be very helpful if you are forced to stay at home. We want to give the TN hand tool how to still work, exchange ideas and participate with it. For this purpose, a number of steps are necessary and planned: 1. Presentation of the TN using mobile videos; 2. Presentation of the homeland (focused on content is chosen by the TN in a vote); 3. common research topics in the fields of biology/physics/chemistry; 4. Project week in Germany; 5. Project week in Poland; 6. Courses with psychologists; 7. Courses with professional counsellors; 8. German lessons, which enables the TN to communicate directly; 9. Courses for teachers in digital working methods; 10. Safety training; 11. Evaluation of the project. The cross-border. Cooperation makes it possible to open an eye to commonalities and differences. Nasz projekt oparty jest na wyzwaniu opisanym w programie współpracy: Intensyfikacja współpracy instytucji w kontekście transgranicznym. W czasie pandemii większość instytucji zawiesiła współpracę a my naszym projektem chcemy pokazać, że wymiana naukowa i intensywna współpraca są możliwe nawet w czasach pandemii. Stworzymy uniwersalny model współpracy transgranicznej przenoszący ją na poziom zdalny i w sposób racjonalny łączący współpracę zdalną z kontaktami osobistymi. Tak by w przypadku kolejnych izolacji współpraca transgraniczna nie zamarła całkowicie tak jak to miało miejsce w tym roku. Celem naszego projektu jest  stworzenie wraz z młodzieżą wspólnej PL-DE oferty  nowoczesnej współpracy transgranicznej i zdalnego zdobywania wiedzy. Stworzenie nowego podejścia do współpracy transgranicznej jest niemożliwe bez współpracy obu partnerów.  2 szkoły z regionu przygranicznego podejma zdalną transgraniczną współpracę: poznają siebie nawzajem i swoje kraje ojczyste i wspólnie poznają nowe metody nauczania w dziedzinie nauk przyrodniczych oraz same wyprodukują cyfrowe materiały dydaktyczne. Za pomocą urządzeń cyfrowych przekonają się, że stała współpraca transgraniczna jest możliwa nawet przy zamkniętych granicach. Uczestnicy poznają się cyfrowo, będą razem pracować i spotkają się później osobiście podczas 2 tygodni projektowych. Oprócz edukacji nauk przyrodniczych, która często jest zaniedbywana po obu stronach Odry, poznają oni kraj sąsiedni i swoich rówieśników. Podczas tygodni projektowych będą się wymieniać doświadczeniem, jak podobała im się część wirtualna. Jak oceniają spotkania w świecie wirtualnym? Tutaj można bardzo intensywnie pracować przy pomocy środków multimedialnych, które wypracujemy i zakupimy w ramach projektu. Należy oczekiwać, że uczestnicy będą mogli lepiej kontrolować swoją konsumpcję mediów i nauczą się doceniać zalety bezpośrednich spotkań z ludźmi. Z drugiej strony, dowiedzą się również, że cyfryzacja może być bardzo pomocna, jeśli zostaje się zmuszonym do pozostania w domu. Chcemy dać uczestnikom narzędzia do dalszej pracy, współpracy, wymiany i świadomego uczestnictwa we współpracy transgranicznej. W tym celu konieczne i zaplanowane są następujące kroki: 1. przedstawienie uczestników za pomocą filmów z telefonów komórkowych; 2. prezentacja kraju ojczystego (uczestnicy wybierają główne tematy podczas wspólnej dyskusji); 3. Wspólne prowadzenie badań z dziedziny geografii/biologii/fizyki/chemii; 4. Tydzień projektowy w Niemczech; 5. Tydzień projektowy w Polsce; 6. Zajęcia z psychologiem; 7. Zajęcia z doradcą zawodowym; 8. Zajęcia z języka niemieckiego dzięki którym dzieci będą mogły porozumiewać się bez tłumaczy; 9. Szkolenie nauczycieli z metod pracy zdalnej; 10. Szkolenie z zakresu bezpieczeństwa; 11. Ewaluacja projektu.  Współpraca transgraniczna pozwala na otwarcie się na podobieństwa i różnice. W Centrum Szkolnym „Tabaluga“ uczą się również dzieci i młodzież, które mają emocjonalno-społeczną potrzebę wsparcia lub potrzebują wsparcia w zdobywaniu wiedzy. Pochodzą one ze wszystkich części Niemiec i są czasem objęte opieką w stacjonarnych placówkach pomocy młodzieży. Nasi uczniowie niewiele wiedzą o swoim sąsiednim kraju. Innowacyjność tego projektu polega na połączeniu świata wirtualnego z realnym. Uczestnicy otrzymują narzędzia, które mogą mieć trwały wpływ na ich przyszłe życie. Szczególnie rozwój zrównoważonej, transgranicznej sieci powinien stać się osobistą troską wszystkich obywateli zaangażowanych w ten projekt. Współpraca zdalna łączona z kontaktami osobistymi w miarę mozliwości da wyraźną korzyść dla obszaru wsparcia w którym współpraca zostanie utrzymana na dotychczasowym poziomie bez szkody dla jej jakości, a metoda będzie multiplikowana na całym jego obszarze. Partnerzy zyskaja nową formę współpracy niezależną od izolacji. Nauczyciele i uczniowie nauczą się pracować zdalnie innowacyjnymi metodami.

Unser Projekt basiert auf der im Kooperationsprogramm beschriebenen Herausforderung: Intensivierung der Zusammenarbeit von Institutionen in einem grenzüberschr. Kontext. Während der Pandemie haben die meisten Institutionen ihre Zusammenarbeit eingestellt. Mit unserem Projekt wollen wir zeigen, dass der Austausch und intensive Zusammenarbeit auch während einer Pandemie möglich sind. Wir werden ein universelles Modell der grenzübergr. Zusammenarbeit schaffen, das diese auf eine digitale Ebene überträgt und sie sinnvoll mit persönlichen Kontakten verbindet. Damit im Falle einer weiteren Isolierung die Zusammenarbeit nicht wie in diesem Jahr ganz ausgesetzt wird. Ziel unseres Projektes ist es, gemeinsam mit jungen Menschen ein gemeinsames PL-DE-Angebot moderner grenzübergr. Kooperation u. digitalen Lernens zu schaffen. Der neue Ansatz für die Zusammenarbeit ist ohne Wirkung beider Partner nicht möglich. 2 Schulen aus der Grenzregion beginnen eine Fernkooperationen: Sie werden sich u. ihre Heimatländer kennenlernen, gemeinsam neue Lehrmethoden im Bereich der Naturwissenschaften erfahren u. selbst digitale Unterrichtsmaterialien erstellen. Mit Hilfe digitaler Geräte erleben sie, dass eine kontinuierliche grenzübergr. Zusammenarbeit auch bei geschlossenen Grenzen möglich ist. Die TN werden sich digital kennenlernen, miteinander arbeiten und sich später in 2 Projektwochen persönlich treffen. Neben der naturwissenschaftlichen Bildung, die auf beiden Seiten der Oder oft zu kurz kommt, lernen sie das Nachbarland und die gleichaltrigen TN kennen. In den Projektwochen sollen sie reflektieren, wie ihnen der virtuelle Teil gefallen hat. Wie werten sie die Begegnungen in der virtuellen Welt? Hier kann sehr intensiv medienpädagogisch mit den im Projekt entwickelten u. beschaffenen Mitteln gearbeitet werden. Es ist zu erwarten, dass die TN ihren Medienkonsum besser steuern können und die Vorteile direkter Begegnungen schätzen lernen. Andererseits erfahren sie aber auch, dass die Digitalisierung sehr hilfreich sein kann, wenn man gezwungen ist, zu Hause zu bleiben. Wir wollen den TN Handwerkzeug geben, wie man trotzdem arbeiten, sich austauschen und damit teilhaben kann. Hierfür sind eine Reihe von Schritten notwendig und geplant: 1. Vorstellung der TN mittels Handyvideos; 2. Vorstellung der Heimat (inhaltliche Schwerpunkte werden von den TN in einer Abstimmung gewählt); 3. gemeinsame Forschungsthemen für die Bereiche Biologie/Physik/Chemie; 4. Projektwoche in Deutschland; 5. Projektwoche in Polen; 6. Kurse mit Psychologen; 7. Kurse mit Berufsberater; 8. Deutschunterricht, der es den TN die direkte Kommunikation ermöglicht; 9. Kurse für Lehrkräfte in digitalen Arbeitsmethoden; 10. Sicherheitstraining; 11. Evaluation des Projekts.  Die grenzüber. Kooperation ermöglicht es, den Blick für Gemeinsamkeiten u. Unterschiede zu öffnen. Im Tabaluga-Schulzentrum lernen auch Kinder u. Jugend., die einen emotional-sozialen Förderbedarf oder einen Förderbedarf Lernen haben. Sie kommen aus allen Teilen Deutschlands und werden teilweise in stationären Jugendhilfeeinrichtungen betreut. Viele wissen wenig über ihr Nachbarland. Die Innovation dieses Projekts besteht in der Verbindung von virtueller und realer Welt. Den TN werden Handwerkzeuge gegeben, die nachhaltig auf ihr weiteres Leben wirken können. Besonders der Aufbau eines tragfähigen grenzüberschr. Netzwerkes soll allen an diesem Projekt beteiligten Bürgerinnen und Bürger zu einem persönlichen Anliegen werden. Ihnen soll aufgezeigt werden, dass dieses Netzwerk auch trägt, wenn die Grenzen geschlossen sind. Die digitale Zusammenarbeit in Verbindung mit persönlichen Kontakten wird einen klaren Vorteil für das Fördergebiet. haben, da sie ohne Qualitätseinbußen aufrechterhalten und als Methode im gesamten Gebiet vervielfacht werden kann. Die Partner gewinnen eine neue Form der Zusammenarbeit unabhängig von der Isolation. Lehrkräfte und SuS werden lernen, mit innovativen Methoden digital zu arbeiten.
