Problem: Predictive Maintenance (PM) is currently considered the main application case of artificial intelligence (AI) in production. For several reasons, the associated potential of producing SMEs, which are very strongly represented in the programme region, is insufficiently exploited. To a large extent, the prerequisites for a broad application of AI in advance are missing. Maintenance by SMEs. This also includes the easy and uncomplicated application by the on-site operators. Problém: Prediktivní údržba (Predictive Maintenance, PM) je v současnosti považována za hlavní aplikaci umělé inteligence (AI) ve výrobě. Související potenciál výrobních malých a středních podniků, které jsou v programovém regionu velmi silně zastoupeny, není z několika důvodů dostatečně využíván. Podmínky pro široké uplatnění umělé inteligence v prediktivní údržbě ze strany malých a středních podniků do značné míry chybí. K tomu patří i snadné a nekomplikované použití provozním personálem na místě. Na rozdíl od pracovníků údržby ve velkých společnostech nejsou tito pracovníci často speciálně vyškoleni v možných aplikacích, výhodách a potenciálních nebezpečích umělé inteligence v prediktivní údržbě. Cílem projektu je proto vytvoření a přenos obecných a přenositelných znalostí pro výrobní malé a střední podniky o prediktivní údržbě (výstup) založené na umělé inteligenci použitelné v široké škále výrobních a zpracovatelských odvětví. Přístup a přeshraniční koncepce: Cíl má být dosažen 1) výzkumem a demonstrací algoritmů umělé inteligence pro prediktivní údržbu se zvláštním zřetelem na znalosti a potřeby malých a středních podniků v programovém regionu a 2) přeshraničním propojením příslušných výzkumných partnerů v této oblasti s cílem navázat dlouhodobou (výzkumnou) spolupráci zaměřenou na syntézu, výměnu a společný rozvoj stavu znalostí v oblasti prediktivní údržby zařízení nebo součástí náchylných k opotřebení založené na umělé inteligenci pro výrobní malé a střední podniky. Pečlivé složení konsorcia s partnery ze všech šesti programových regionů, z nichž všichni působí v této tematické oblasti a kteří mají vhodné kontakty i mimo programový region, zajišťuje na jedné straně získání dalšího know-how v této tematické oblasti, které je předáváno cílové skupině malých a středních podniků v programovém regionu formou akcí zaměřených na přenos znalostí, a na druhé straně zvýšení dopadu projektu mimo programový region. Inovace/novinka, kterou projekt přináší:Identifikace problémových míst pro široké zavedení umělé inteligence a PMLidské faktory (Průmysl 5.0) pro lepší pronikání umělé inteligence do malých a středních podnikůUkázka příkladu nejlepší praxe v České republice (obráběcí stroje)Spojení požadavků průmyslu (malých a středních podniků) a zkušeností z jiných projektů partnerů (Improve, KI-Net, ...) a výsledků demonstrátoraUžší spolupráce mezi třemi kandidáty EDIH zapojenými do projektuDoporučení pro představitele politiky a regionální rozhodovací orgányPříprava udržitelné sítě AI a PM AT-CZ.

Problem: Vorrausschauende Wartung (Predictive Maintenance, PM) gilt aktuell als der Hauptanwendungsfall Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) in der Produktion. Aus mehreren Gründen wird das damit verbundene Potential von produzierenden KMUs, die in der Programmregion sehr stark vertreten sind, unzureichend ausgeschöpft. Zu einem großen Teil fehlen die Voraussetzungen für eine breite Anwendung von KI in der vorraussch. Wartung durch KMUs. Dazu gehört auch die leichte und unkomplizierte Anwendung durch das Bedienungspersonal vor Ort. Gerade dieses ist etwa, im Unterschied zu Wartungspersonal in Großbetrieben, oftmals nicht speziell geschult, was die Einsatzmöglichkeiten, die Vorteile und etwaiges Gefahrenpotential von KI in der voraussch. Wartung betrifft. Das Projektziel ist daher die Schaffung und der Transfer von allgemeinem und übertragbarem Wissen für produzierende KMUs über KI-basierte voraussch. Wartung (Output), das in verschiedensten Sektoren der Produktion und Fertigung anwendbar ist. Herangehensweise und grenzüberschreitender Ansatz: Dies soll bewerkstelligt werden durch 1) durch Forschung und Demonstration von KI-Algorithmen für voraussch. Wartung unter spezieller Berücksichtigung der Kenntnisse und Anforderungen von KMUs in der Programmregion, und 2) durch grenzüberschreitende Vernetzung relevanter Forschungspartner in diesem Bereich zur Etablierung langfristiger (Forschungs-)Kooperationen mit dem Ziel der Synthese, des Austausches und der gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung des Wissensstandes zum Thema KI-basierte voraussch. Wartung verschleißbehafteter Anlagen bzw. Komponenten für produzierende KMUs. Die sorgfältige Zusammenstellung des Konsortiums mit Partnern aus allen sechs Programmregionen, die allesamt in diesem Themengebiet tätig sind, und die ihrerseits auch entsprechende Kontakte außerhalb der Programmregion haben, sorgt einerseits für weiteren Know-how Gewinn zum Themenbereich, der in Form von Wissenstransferveranstaltungen an die Zielgruppen-KMUs der Programmregion weitergegeben wird, und andererseits kann damit auch die Wirkungskraft durch das Projekt außerhalb des Programmgebietes erhöht werden. Achievements (EN):

Since October 2021, a consortium in the Interreg research project "PredMAIn" has been developing a comprehensive knowledge package on AI-based predictive maintenance. With the right selection of sensors, Predictve Maintenance can detect changes in the operating condition of components long before a failure occurs. This gives maintenance personnel enough time to replace components in good time. The aim of the research project is to pass on extensive expert knowledge to SMEs across borders. This should facilitate access to and implementation of predictive maintenance and create a competitive advantage. In order to include the view from practice in the study, the Software Competence Center Hagenberg GmbH, together with Intelligent Predictive Networks GmbH, have carried out a study with the aim of ascertaining the status quo, where the small and medium-sized enterprises from the project region stand today with regard to "Predictive Maintenance".

Expected Outputs (CS):

Hlavním výstupem projektu je balíček znalostí pro malé a střední podniky ve výrobě o prediktivní údržbě založené na umělé inteligenci. Prostřednictvím dvou akcí zaměřených na předávání znalostí budou tyto poznatky předány zainteresovaným malým a středním podnikům a dalším cílovým skupinám. Tento balíček znalostí vychází z následujících dílčích výsledků: - zkušební stanice pro měření a záznam dat potřebných pro modelování životnosti vybraných součástí obráběcích strojů u partnera projektu, společnosti Intemac, - algoritmy prediktivní údržby, které využívají umělou inteligenci a jsou kalibrovány podle aktuálních dat měření, - ukázka společně vypracované projektově specifické případové studie vývoje a použití nástrojů prediktivní údržby na bázi umělé inteligence přímo na místě. Prostřednictvím demonstrací a akcí zaměřených na přenos znalostí jsou malé a střední podniky vybízeny k aktivnímu zapojení do tématu prediktivní údržby založené na umělé inteligenci formou výzkumných a inovač

Expected Outputs (DE):

Kernoutput des Projekts ist ein Wissenspaket für produzierende KMUs zum Thema KI-basierte vorausschauende Wartung. Mittels zweier Wissenstransfer-Veranstaltungen wird dieses Wissen an interessierte KMUs und weitere Zielgruppen vermittelt. Dieses Wissenpaket speist sich aus folgenden Teilergebnissen: - Prüfstand zur Messung und Erfassung von Daten, die für die Modellierung der Lebensdauer ausgewählter Werkzeugmaschinenkomponenten erforderlich sind, bei Projektpartner Intemac, - Prädiktive Wartungsalgorithmen, die KI nutzen und auf aktuellen Messdaten kalibriert sind, - vor Ort Demonstration des gemeinsam erarbeiteten projektspezifischen Fallbeispiels der Entwicklung und des Einsatzes KI-basierter vorausschauender Wartungswerkzeuge. Anhand des Demonstrators und der Wissenstransfer-Veranstaltungen werden KMUs ermutigt, sich aktiv mit dem Thema der KI-basierten voraussch. Wartung in Form von Forschungs- und Innovationsprojekten ins Innovationsökosystem zu integrieren.
