Description (EN):

The common challenge of the programme area is create new jobs in culture and creative sectors and support the access at new markets for the young artists that has always many difficulties to find the opportunities to show their talents and to learn from new and international experiences. Mobility and network between young artist are essential to : 1) improve their career opportunities; 2) create new jobs in culture and creative sectors; 3) promote cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue. FAME project main objectives consist in: 1) Creation of a Permanent Crossborder Laboratory for young artists based on innovative model; 2) Development of innovative cultural formats and services like performing arts, educational services; cross-collaboration among artists and traditional enterprises (artisanal ,touristic and agri-food). The project main outputs are: (1) development of an innovative laboratory model for young artist based on a public-private partnership and (2) its implementation at cross border level; (3) creation of new entertainments formats/services. The project foresees also the creation of a digital platform to support the partnerships development among young artists at local national and cross border level. Arts, music literatures culture don't have geographical and social borders, thus the project approach is based on crossborder cooperation between young artists which otherwise it will be impossible to achieve the foreseen results and foster the cultural and creative industries growth and the exchange of good practices and experiences. The development and the implementation of the laboratory innovative model, requires joint efforts and offers unique oppotunities for the young artists to exploit new entertainements and cultural formats in a cross border dimension.

Expected Results (EN): a) cross border networks in the cultural and creative fields;

Expected Outputs (EN):

The project main results are: 1) support young artists and CCIs to establish an international cross border network based on a durable innovative model of collaboration; 2) development of stakeholders’ capacity to work together towards a permanent cross border laboratory based on public -private partnership; 3) the enhancement of the young artist skills level, knowledge and ability as well as the involved stakeholders; 4) the development and adoption of innovative management methodology (innovative laboratory model) for the valorization of cultural and creative industries and traditional SMEs sealed by networking agreements (substained by a cross border digital platform). The project results are linked to the S.O.2.2 Programe Results indicators because all project activities will enhance the creation of cross border networks and cross border agreements in cultural and creative field.
