GRASPINNOPLUS vise à transférer les principaux résultats développés et testés au niveau transnational dans le projet GRASPINNO tels que la base de données, l'outil de support eGPP et l'outil de calcul du coût du cycle de vie (Unified Platform Package) vers d ' autres nouveaux territoires MED (organisations au niveau régional & PME). Ces instruments sont capables de générer des dynamiques territoriales impactant les communautés locales et régionales, en termes de procédures de prise de décision, de politiques et de fourniture de produits et services dans le cluster des PME, en se concentrant sur les méthodes d'approvisionnement qui est clé pour la mise en œuvre d'un marché public durable, circulaire et conscient, tenu compte de tous les coûts qui seront encouragés pendant la durée de vie d'un produit, d'un travail public ou d'un service. Le processus de transfert, coordonné par les donateurs, combinera des sessions de formation thématiques et des applications pratiques guidées, qui conduiront les 4 régions et chambres de commerce à concevoir des solutions conjointes concrètes adaptées aux plans d'application spécifiques du LCC et aux spécifications vertes dans les appels d'offres.GRASPINNOPLUS obtiendra l'engagement formel des destinataires de reproduire la méthodologie transférée sur leur territoire, en tenant compte des besoins locaux spécifiques et des défis apparus pendant et après son achèvement. L'exploitation des résultats sera également garantie par les AP.

Description (EN):

GRASPINNOPLUS aims to transfer key deliverables/outputs developed & tested at transnational level within GRASPINNO project such as Data-Base, eGPP Support tool & Life Cycle Costing tool (Unified Platform Package) to new MED territories. These instruments are expected to generate territorial dynamics impacting on local and regional communities, in terms of decision-making procedures and policies.The new dynamics will also be favorably impacting on eco-innovation of clusters/networks for their products/services provision, focusing on GPP methods and other possible intervention areas such as Energy-Efficiency & other investment sectors. These impacts are key for the implementation of a sustainable, circular and aware public procurement considering all the costs that will be incurred during the lifetime of a product, public work or service. The transferring process will combine thematic training sessions & guided practical applications, which will lead the 4 receiver partners (regions & Chamber of enterprises)in designing concrete joint solutions adapted to specific green specs/criteria, eGPP support & LCC application plans in tenders with green products/services thus increasing their capacity in green growth.GRASPINNOPLUS will achieve the formal commitment of receivers to replicate the transferred methodology in their territories,taking into account specific local needs & challenges emerged during and after its completion.Exploitation of results will be also guaranteed by APs.

Achievements (EN):

During the reporting period TSL coordinated and supervised all the project activities.Main project taks:TASK 3.1- Kick Off meeting: it took place remotely on the 22/07/2021. During such meeting we introduced the project’s vision and methodology and provided the partners with instructions to effectively carry out both the technical and administrative tasks.- 1st Project Meeting: it took place in Patras in December 13th and 14th (blended mode). During such meeting the state of the play was discussed and next steps for all project tasks addressed.- 2nd Project Meeting: it took place in March 21st to check the progress of T3.4 and prepare the first technical/financial reporting.Additional online meetings took place even on bilateral basis with the project partners to address specific issues.TASK 3.2Coordinated by CCIT. TSL supervised the activities and performed the communication activities through its institutional channels (Social media and Website) according to the Communication Plan.TASK 3.3TSL coordinated the transferring activities by:- Training the partners through online meeting and providing material from the previous GRASPINNO Project;- Providing the template for collecting feedback from local stakeholders; - Processing the data collected by the partners.- Delivering the capitalization plan, starting from the above.TASK 3.4TSL carried out the training sessions targeting the receivers, in order for them to proceed with the transfer seminars (which took place in February and March 2022 and allowed the partnership to reach the first expected result – 50 SME involved in the seminars – early in advance).TASK 3.5Just starting. TSL is drafting the MoU in order for the partners to follow up.
