Il progetto EauSIRIS propone l'attuazione di una nuova strategia multidimensionale ed efficace per la promozione di un'agricoltura sostenibile, resiliente al clima ed efficiente dal punto di vista energetico, attraverso la creazione di un'alleanza strategica italo-tunisina che promuoverà una proposta legislativa e organizzativa a sostegno del settore agricolo transfrontaliero in risposta alla sfida sul cambiamento climatico.

Le projet EauSIRIS propose la mise en œuvre d’une nouvelle stratégie multidimensionnelle et effective pour la promotion d’une agriculture durable, résilientes aux effets du changement climatique et moins énergivore parmi de la création d’une alliance stratégique Tuniso-Italienne qui appuiera une proposition législative et organisationnelle pour soutenir le secteur agricole transfrontalier au défi du changement climatique.

Description (EN):

The EauSIRIS project proposes the implementation of a new multidimensional and effective strategy for the promotion of a sustainable agriculture, resilient to the effects of climate change and less energy consuming through the creation of a Tunisian-Italian strategic alliance that will support a legislative and organisational proposal to sustain the cross-border agricultural sector to cope with the climate change challenge.

Expected Results (IT):

Attuazione della strategia EauSIRIS a livello di aziende agricole dimostrative (EAD) e a livello di laghi collinari; formazione e divulgazione (istituzioni e agricoltori): impatto del CC e mezzi di adattamento; proposta di un nuovo quadro legislativo per l'attuazione della strategia EauSIRIS, in particolare: politica decentrata per la gestione ottimizzata delle risorse naturali, misure di controllo del CC e mezzi di attuazione (meccanismi di sostegno), incoraggiamento dell'imprenditorialità; accordo quadro di partenariato firmato dalle istituzioni pubbliche e private dei due territori interessati al fine di istituire azioni congiunte, ad es. g. adattamento dell'agricoltura ai CC.

Mise en œuvre de la stratégie EauSIRIS au niveau d'exploitations agricoles de démonstration (EAD) et au niveau de lacs collinaires ; Formations et diffusion (institutions et agriculteurs) : impact CC et moyens d'adaptation ; proposition d'un nouveau cadre législatif pour la mise en œuvre de la stratégie EauSIRIS, notamment: politique décentralisé pour une gestion optimisée des ressources naturelles, mesure de luttes au CC et moyen de mise en œuvre (mécanismes d'appui), incitation à l'entreprenariat ; convention cadre de partenariat signée par les institutions, publiques et privées, des 2 territoires concernées afin de mettre en place des actions commune, e.g. l'adaptation de l'agriculture au CC.

Expected Results (EN):

Implementation of the EauSIRIS strategy at the farm demonstration (EAD) and hill lake levels; Training and dissemination (institutions and farmers): CC impact and means of adaptation; proposal for a new legislative framework for the implementation of the EauSIRIS strategy, in particular: decentralised policy for optimised management of natural resources, CC control measures and means of implementation (support mechanisms), incentives for entrepreneurship; partnership framework agreement signed by the public and private institutions of the two concerned areas in order to establish joint actions, e.g. adapting agriculture to CC.
