  • EuropeanGreenDeal AidMIRE je skladen z osnovnimi načeli zelenega dogovora EU. Za uresničitev evropskega Green Deal je treba ponovno razmisliti o politikah za oskrbo s čisto energijo v celotnem gospodarstvu, industriji, proizvodnji in porabi, veliki infrastrukturi, prometu, prehrani in kmetijstvu, gradbeništvu, davkih in socialni pomoči. Za dosego teh ciljev je treba povečati vrednost, ki se pripisuje varstvu in obnovi naravnih ekosistemov, trajnostni rabi virov in izboljšanju zdravja ljudi. Na tem področju so preobrazbene spremembe najbolj potrebne in lahko najbolj koristijo gospodarstvu, družbi in naravnemu okolju EU.
  • Čeprav so vsa ta področja delovanja med seboj močno povezana in se medsebojno krepijo, bo treba posebno pozornost nameniti morebitnim kompromisom med gospodarskimi, okoljskimi in socialnimi cilji. Zeleni dogovor bo dosledno uporabljal vse politične vzvode: predpise in standardizacijo, naložbe in inovacije, nacionalne reforme, dialog s socialnimi partnerji in mednarodno sodelovanje. Na področju izobraževanja in usposabljanja AidMIRE podpira prizadevanja Evropske komisije za prekvalifikacijo in izboljšanje proaktivnih znanj in spretnosti, ki so potrebna za koriščenje prednosti prehoda civilne družbe in zdravstvenega sektorja.
  • EUStrategyAdriaticIonianRegion I temi del progetto si integrano con le strategie macroregionali dell'UE in EUSAIR, perché favoriscono alcune azioni trasversali come la formazione professionale, la continuità delle cure e il miglioramento della governance rispetto ai modelli comuni da adottare in Sanità. Il Medical Emergency Network contribuisce al raggiungimento degli obiettivi trasversali dei pilastri EUSAIR, vale a dire "ricerca e innovazione per stimolare posti di lavoro altamente qualificati, crescita e competitività". In particolare, il progetto rafforza la coesione sul Pillar-4-EUSAIR sul Turismo Sostenibile in quanto garantisce alti livelli di professionalità e assistenza agli utenti mobili della zona in caso di emergenze mediche. Ciò promuove una governance più efficace tra i settori a vari livelli e rafforza la coesione e la cooperazione transfrontaliera delle istituzioni. Con i servizi di telemedicina e l'utilizzo delle nuove tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione operiamo nella direzione dell'inclusione sociale e del rispetto dal punto di vista ambientale. Il progetto mirerà a collaborare con le autorità regionali dell'area su temi quali i modelli di prevenzione dei rischi e il modello di formazione professionale e degli stakeholder.
  • EUStrategyAlpineRegion Projekt je usklajen z makroregionalnimi strategijami EU v okviru EUSALP, saj čezmejno omrežje nujne medicinske pomoči krepi kohezijo v okviru prvega stebra EUSALP s spodbujanjem varnosti in vključenosti na tem območju. Projekt tudi prispeva k medsektorskim ciljem stebrov EUSAIR za "raziskave in inovacije za spodbujanje visokokvalificiranih delovnih mest, rasti in konkurenčnosti". S tem se doseže cilj zagotavljanja vzajemno koristnega sodelovanja med gorskimi območji in okoliškimi regijami vse do morja. S tem, ko sta programa to področje povzdignila v laboratorij učinkovitega upravljanja med sektorji na različnih ravneh, krepita kohezijo v Uniji, sodelovanje med ustanovami, izboljšujeta strokovno uspešnost in vpliv na deležnike. Nove tehnologije, ki se uporabljajo pri storitvah telemedicine, lahko poleg zmanjševanja razlik med zapostavljenimi območji spodbujajo gospodarstvo v sektorju in zaposlovanje novih strokovnjakov. Namen projekta je doseči cilje sodelovanja z EUSALP z obravnavanjem vprašanj mobilnosti, modelov preprečevanja tveganj in institucionalnih vprašanj, ki lahko okrepijo socialno vključenost.
  • Poleg tega AidMIRE obravnava tudi prečno politično področje upravljanja, vključno z institucionalno zmogljivostjo, kjer je glavni izziv strategije odpraviti obstoječa gospodarska, socialna in ozemeljska neravnovesja v alpskem prostoru s spodbujanjem inovativnega in trajnostnega razvojnega modela, ki lahko uskladi spodbujanje rasti in zaposlovanja z ohranjanjem naravnih in kulturnih dobrin območja. Strategija in AidMIRE se osredotočata na območja (makro) skupnega regionalnega interesa. Ta prednostna področja in specifični cilji bi morali odražati resnično zavezanost k sodelovanju pri iskanju skupnih rešitev za izzive ali neizkoriščenih možnosti.
