The common challenge of the program area is to support CCI ‘s and traditional SMEs to find new solution to collaborate and create innovative cultural and artistic formats, improve their skills especially in digital productions, and so create new international audio-visual productions. Our project, starting from the previous FAME project outputs ,( cross border young artist innovative laboratory , supported by a project's digital platform,) aims to create n. 1 FAME CB CLUSTER to improve cluster’s members skills on digital and social storytelling activities and so learn how to produce one international audio-visual productions The project foresees the issue of one final JOINT tested solution (CLUSTER ‘s editorial and production plan) to realize one digital entertainment format for the enhancing of local territories , local heritage and traditions and to promote tourism itineraries at CB level Currently audio-visual SMEs of the cross-border area are working in isolation and because of their limited size, they struggle in participating in international productions. By the end of the project, they are going to have new opportunities to expand their markets through stronger cross-border partnerships, built around a new audio-visual cluster. The main project outputs are: n. 1 S.A. FAME cluster joint action plan: definition of the SA FAME Cluster model / guidelines for managing and implementing the activities to improve the digital and social storytelling skills of the Cluster's members, ensuring that they will work together in an integrated way and with a cross border approach n. 1 S.A. FAME cluster joint tested solution: 1 practical testing of the innovative CB innovative digital format (n. 1 FAME CLUSTER editorial and production plan) to realize n.1 TV movie script enhancing territories, Local heritage, local culture and promote tourism at CB level The project start date according to the partnership 's decision will be 01/02/2024

Actual Achievements (EN):

Fame Cluster project started later due to administrative Issues and so the first activities will be planned to be implemented during the second reporting period ( october, november and december 2024) . Only PB2 TPP , was able to realize one workshop linked to the activuity 1.3 del 1.3.2 by exploiting the MEDI MEX festival Organization in Taranto (June 2024 ) During this 2nd reporting period all PPs were fully involved in the project's activities implementation. In particular, all the preparatory activities necessary for the creation of the Cluster were carried out: n. 1 CB seminar in Tirana by LP to present the project , n.4 local workshops to involve stakeholders (typical food producers and sellers , artisans, tourism promotion agencies, artists' and cultural associations etc,. ) who collaborated in the creation of four local action plans for the realization of an editorial and production plan for a digital movie twith touristc purpose . In the next period, LP will collect all the solutions proposed by the partners and draw up a joint action plan, thanks also to the results of a lighjt short training course (accompanying path) useful for defining the tourism movie's final script and the final marketing and production plan
