In particular, HERIT ADAPT will test the WARMEST methodology and tools, based on innovative technologies for monument 3D modeling and identification of defects utilizing AI, for enhancing maintenance and preservation of CH monuments. - Participatory process with the establishment of a networking structure as a stable cooperation relationship between project partners, CP organizations and main stakeholders with a long term perspective.
- It relates to its activation to change from traditional "vulnerable element" to "active sensor" of emergencies to obtain their contribution to CP emergency activities. Innovative Transnational network relates to the development of an innovative Warning System, a web platform able to integrate heterogeneous data. Establishment of a strategy and drafting of an Action Plan providing a common vision enhancing level of uniformity and similarity to make available to National/Regional Authorities a transnational uniform emergency basis. - A Strategic project - Catalyst for the implementation of a national policy aimed at mitigating the effects of climate change and consists in taking appropriate actions to deal with the expected damages and negative consequences of climate change in the sectors of activity who are most vulnerable to climate change.
- Specifically, the project aims at:
- - building the potential of the authorities called to implement adaptation actions and policies,
- - the creation of an effective mechanism for monitoring, evaluating and updating adaptation actions and policies,
