Description (EN):

The Meuse-Rhine region houses an innovative cross-border automotive supplier sector within a Europe that is transitioning to electric vehicle technologies (battery and fuel cell). For the mobility sector to be truly clean, production need also to be clean and therefor circular. In the shift from the linear to a circular economy, companies need to transition jointly with their whole ecosystem. For the established Meuse-Rhine automotive supply chain of producers of raw material, parts, and subassemblies, this requires cross-border collaboration. The economic potential of a circular automotive industry is huge, yet the threshold for the individual SME to reach it, is currently also prohibitive. The main objective of the CYPRESS project is to establish the Meuse-Rhine region as forefront runner for the sustainable, highly-circular and resource-efficient production of the emerging climate-neutral mobility solutions. The project will have a positive impact on the ecologic footprint, and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the regional production industry. By missing the economic opportunities offered by circular production, there is a risk that the innovative Meuse-Rhine automotive production infrastructure will largely move to other regions in Europe and the world on the longer term. By boosting a circular economy that is efficient in usage of materials and energy, this project effectively promotes the Green Transformation. The regional SMEs that are often innovation drivers forms the main project target group, but also larger enterprises will benefit. The targeted companies are those active in the automotive value chain: material supply and recycling, design, simulation and engineering, manufacturing, assembly and testing. In addition, SMEs in circular materials, processes and business models may grow their business in the automotive sector. A strong involvement of the regional industry is embedded within each activity of this project. An interactive online platform of about 150 companies and regional stakeholders will be set up, based on the partners’ strong networks in automotive and circularity innovators. Together with these regional companies, the project consortium will co-develop 3 virtual and interregional pilot production lines: (1) a battery module of an electric car tailored for refurbishment and repair; (2) a hydrogen tank for the fuel cell electric vehicle that is partly produced with recycled carbon fiber; and (3) a lightweight and low-carbon footprint multi-material gearbox housing for electric vehicle drivetrains. For at least one of these digital production twins, a physical pilot line demonstrator will be realized with private investments matching public support. Leveraging on this, a practical circularity toolkit for the regional SMEs will be developed, applied and disseminated in parallel. The planned long-term exploitation of all these results will keep the Meuse-Rhine automotive industry innovative and sustainable.

De regio Maas-Rijn huisvest een innovatieve cross-border toeleveringssector voor de automobielindustrie binnen een Europa dat overgaat op technologieën voor elektrische voertuigen (batterij en brandstofcel). Wil de mobiliteitssector echt schoon zijn, dan moet de productie ook schoon en dus circulair zijn. Bij de overgang van een lineaire naar een circulaire economie moeten bedrijven samenwerken met hun hele ecosysteem. Voor de gevestigde automotive toeleveringsketen Maas-Rijn, met producenten van grondstoffen, onderdelen en subassemblages, vereist dit cross-border samenwerkingen. Het economisch potentieel van een circulaire auto-industrie is enorm, maar de drempel voor de individuele MKB’er om dit te bereiken is momenteel ook onbetaalbaar. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het CYPRESS project is om de Maas-Rijn regio te vestigen als koploper voor de duurzame, zeer circulaire en resource-efficiënte productie van de opkomende klimaat neutrale mobiliteitsoplossingen. Het project zal een positief effect hebben op de ecologische voetafdruk en bijdragen aan de duurzaamheid op lange termijn van de regionale productie-industrie. Door het missen van de economische kansen die circulaire productie biedt, bestaat het risico dat de innovatieve auto-productie-infrastructuur van Maas-Rijn op de langere termijn grotendeels zal verhuizen naar andere regio's in Europa en de wereld. Door een circulaire economie te stimuleren die efficiënt omgaat met materialen en energie, bevordert dit project effectief de Groene Transformatie. De regionale MKB'ers, die vaak de drijvende kracht zijn achter innovatie, vormen de belangrijkste doelgroep van het project, maar ook grotere ondernemingen zullen hiervan profiteren. De beoogde bedrijven zijn bedrijven die actief zijn in de waardeketen van de auto-industrie: toelevering en recycling van materialen, ontwerp, simulatie en engineering, productie, assemblage en testen. Daarnaast kunnen MKB'ers op het gebied van circulaire materialen, processen en bedrijfsmodellen hun activiteiten in de autosector uitbreiden. Een sterke betrokkenheid van de regionale industrie is ingebed in elke activiteit van dit project. Er zal een interactief online platform van ongeveer 150 bedrijven en regionale stakeholders worden opgezet, gebaseerd op de sterke netwerken van de partners in automotive en innovators op het gebied van circulariteit. Samen met deze regionale bedrijven zal het projectconsortium 3 virtuele en interregionale proefproductielijnen ontwikkelen: (1) een batterijmodule van een elektrische auto die op maat gemaakt is voor renovatie en reparatie; (2) een waterstoftank voor de brandstofcel-elektrische auto die deels geproduceerd is met gerecyclede koolstofvezel; en (3) een lichtgewicht en CO2 arme multi-materiaal versnellingsbakbehuizing voor aandrijflijnen van elektrische voertuigen. Voor ten minste één van deze digitale productie tweelingen zal een fysieke demonstratielijn worden gerealiseerd met particuliere investeringen die overeenkomen met overheidssteun. Parallel hieraan zal een praktische toolkit voor circulariteit voor het regionale MKB worden ontwikkeld, toegepast en verspreid. De geplande lange termijn exploitatie van al deze resultaten zal de automobielindustrie in Maas-Rijn innovatief en duurzaam houden.

La région Meuse-Rhin abrite un secteur transfrontalier innovant de sous-traitance automobile au sein d'une Europe en pleine transition vers les technologies de véhicules électriques (batteries et piles à combustible). Pour que le secteur de la mobilité soit réellement propre, la production doit également être propre et donc circulaire. Pour passer d'une économie linéaire à une économie circulaire, les entreprises doivent effectuer la transition conjointement avec l'ensemble de leur écosystème. Pour la chaîne d'approvisionnement automobile Meuse-Rhin, composée de producteurs de matières premières, de pièces et de sous-ensembles, cela nécessite une collaboration transfrontalière. Le potentiel économique d'une industrie automobile circulaire est énorme, mais le seuil à franchir par les PME pour y parvenir est actuellement prohibitif. L'objectif principal du projet CYPRESS est de faire de la région Meuse-Rhin le fer de lance de la production durable, hautement circulaire et économe en ressources des nouvelles solutions de mobilité climatiquement neutres. Le projet aura un impact positif sur l'empreinte écologique et contribuera à la durabilité à long terme de l'industrie de production régionale. En manquant les opportunités économiques offertes par la production circulaire, il y a un risque que l'infrastructure innovante de production automobile de Meuse-Rhin soit largement déplacée vers d'autres régions en Europe et dans le monde à long terme. En stimulant une économie circulaire efficace dans l'utilisation des matériaux et de l'énergie, ce projet promeut efficacement la transformation verte. Les PME régionales, qui sont souvent des moteurs de l'innovation, constituent le principal groupe cible du projet, mais les grandes entreprises en bénéficieront également. Les entreprises ciblées sont celles qui sont actives dans la chaîne de valeur de l'automobile : approvisionnement en matériaux et recyclage, conception, simulation et ingénierie, fabrication, assemblage et essais. En outre, les PME spécialisées dans les matériaux, les processus et les modèles commerciaux circulaires peuvent développer leurs activités dans le secteur automobile. Une forte implication de l'industrie régionale est intégrée dans chaque activité de ce projet. Une plateforme interactive en ligne d'environ 150 entreprises et parties prenantes régionales sera mise en place, basée sur les réseaux solides des partenaires dans l'automobile et les entreprises innovantes de la circularité. En collaboration avec ces entreprises régionales, le consortium du projet développera trois lignes de production pilotes virtuelles et interrégionales : (1) un module de batterie de voiture électrique conçu pour la remise à neuf et la réparation; (2) un réservoir d'hydrogène pour le véhicule électrique à pile à combustible partiellement produit avec de la fibre de carbone recyclée ; et (3) un carter de boîte de vitesses multi-matériaux léger et à faible empreinte carbone pour les chaînes cinématiques de véhicules électriques. Pour au moins l'un de ces jumeaux de production numériques, une ligne pilote de démonstration physique sera réalisée grâce à des investissements privés complétant le soutien public. Sur cette base, une boîte à outils pratique sur la circularité pour les PME régionales sera développée, appliquée et diffusée en parallèle. L'exploitation à long terme prévue de tous ces résultats permettra à l'industrie automobile de MR de rester innovante et durable.

Die Region Maas-Rhein umfasst eine innovative, grenzüberschreitendeBranche von Automobilzulieferern in einem Europa, das auf Elektrofahrzeugtechnologien (Batterie und Brennstoffzelle) umsteigt. Damit der Mobilitätssektor wirklich nachhaltig ist, muss auch die Produktion nachhaltig und damit zirkulär, d.h. in sich geschlossen sein. Beim Übergang von der linearen zu einer Kreislaufwirtschaft müssen die Unternehmen den Übergang gemeinsam mit ihrem gesamten Ökosystem vollziehen. Für die etablierte Maas-Rhein-Automobil-Zulieferkette von Herstellern von Rohstoffen, Teilen und Baugruppen erfordert dies eine grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit. Das wirtschaftliche Potenzial einer kreislauforientierten Automobilindustrie ist riesig, doch die Schwelle für das einzelne KMU, dies zu erreichen, ist derzeit schwer zu erzielen.. Das Hauptziel des CYPRESS-Projekts ist es, die Maas-Rhein-Region als Vorreiter für die nachhaltige, hochgradig zirkuläre und ressourceneffiziente Produktion der neuen klimaneutralen Mobilitätslösungen zu etablieren. Das Projekt wird eine positive Auswirkung auf den ökologischen Fußabdruck haben und zur langfristigen Nachhaltigkeit der regionalen Produktionsindustrie beitragen. Wenn die wirtschaftlichen Möglichkeiten, die die Kreislaufwirtschaft bietet, nicht genutzt werden, besteht die Gefahr, dass die innovative Infrastruktur für die Automobilproduktion in der Region Maas-Rhein langfristig in andere Regionen in Europa und weltweit abwandert. Durch die Förderung einer Kreislaufwirtschaft, die Material und Energie effizient einsetzt, fördert dieses Projekt effektiv die Grüne Transformation. Die Hauptzielgruppe des Projekts sind die regionalen KMU, die häufig Innovationsmotoren sind, aber auch größere Unternehmen werden davon profitieren. Die Zielgruppen sind Unternehmen, die in der Wertschöpfungskette der Automobilindustrie tätig sind: Materialbeschaffung und Recycling, Design, Simulation und Engineering, Fertigung, Montage und Prüfung. Darüber hinaus können KMU, die sich mit Kreislaufmaterialien, Prozessen und Geschäftsmodellen beschäftigen, ihr Geschäft im Automobilsektor ausbauen. Eine starke Beteiligung der regionalen Industrie ist in jede Aktivität dieses Projekts eingebettet. Es wird eine interaktive Online-Plattform mit etwa 150 Unternehmen und regionalen Akteuren eingerichtet, die auf den starken Netzwerken der Partner in den Bereichen Automobil und Kreislaufwirtschaft basiert. Gemeinsam mit diesen regionalen Unternehmen wird das Projektkonsortium drei virtuelle und interregionale Pilotproduktionslinien entwickeln: (1) ein Batteriemodul für ein Elektroauto, das auf die Aufarbeitung und Reparatur zugeschnitten ist; (2) einen Wasserstofftank für ein Brennstoffzellen-Elektrofahrzeug, der teilweise aus recycelten Kohlenstofffasern hergestellt wird; und (3) ein leichtes und kohlenstoffarmes Multimaterial-Getriebegehäuse für den Antriebsstrang von Elektrofahrzeugen. Für mindestens einen dieser digitalen Produktionszwillinge wird mit privaten Investitionen, die mit öffentlicher Unterstützung einhergehen, eine physische Pilotlinie realisiert. Darauf aufbauend wird parallel dazu ein praktisches Kreislaufwirtschafts-Toolkit für die regionalen KMU entwickelt, angewendet und verbreitet. Durch die geplante langfristige Nutzung all dieser Ergebnisse wird die maas-rheinische Automobilindustrie innovativ und nachhaltig bleiben.

Actual Achievements (EN):

The CYPRESS project had a good start, with a first Deliverable (D1.1.1) realized in time: the Ecometrics Report answers questions like "Which kind of circularity metrics framework is most suitable for the envisaged 3 circular pilot production lines within the regional automotive industry?" "How can we customize and extend existing metrics frameworks toward Carbon Footprint assessment?" "How can this custom metrics framework help companies with (upcoming) EU legislation, notably the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive that will become mandatory for the regional SMEs in the next few years?" A proof of concept of this ecometrics framework has already been made for one of the 3 pilots, ahead of schedule. As internal project kick-off, the CYPRESS consortium had a workshop day in September 24: to get inspired on the Circular Economy, to view the 3 pilot topics from an ecosystem's perspective, and to play a circularity board game for teambuilding. The networks of all the CYPRESS consortium have been addressed to identify and engage with ~10 key regional companies on the 3 pilot topics. The building of company consortia for the pilots, supported by grants, is expected to really take off with the CYPRESS public kick-off in preparation: the Circular Vehicle Solutions event at Circuit Zolder on 25 February 2025 will target 100+ attendees from the whole region, largely from companies. As the initiating organizing partner, the CYPRESS consortium reached out to complementary regional players (POM Limburg, Agoria Belgium) and to complementary projects, notably the STIPP EMR project. This event will also host the 1st Advisory Board of CYPRESS, with 8 confirmed external members so far. Preparations to set up the CYPRESS grant scheme have also started in time in order to announce the specific grant opportunities to the public on February 25. Together with the launch of our web platform (www.interreg-cypress.eu), and with first activities for setting up a lifelong training framework to up/reskill the Meuse-Rhine workforce within the (vehicle) industry towards more circular ways to do production, the CYPRESS consortium is well prepared for the upcoming project Period. In this 2nd project Period, the consortium announced the CYPRESS project to the outside world and started to engage with external stakeholders such as pilot companies and Advisory Board members. On February 25, the CYPRESS public kick-off event name "Circular Vehicle Solutions" took place at Circuit Zolder, with almost 150 attendees, many of which from companies in the Meuse-Rhine region. The event was a clear success, with 3 highly-appreciated keynote speakers, about 15 indoor and outdoor industrial exhibitor booths with electric vehicle and circularity technologies, and 3 highly-attended parallel sessions on the CYPRESS pilot topics. In the morning, the first Advisory Board meeting of CYPRESS took place with 7 external AB members attending (out of the total of 10 confirmed AB members). The kick-off event has boosted interest from regional automotive companies in circularity-based, sustainable production. Under the continuous guidance of the 3 pilot leaders, 3 valuable company consortia have been formed; in total about 12 regional companies are preparing to participate in one of the 3 digital pilots for circular production, supported by the CYPRESS grant scheme that has been put into place. The external kick-off of CYPRESS is further strengthened with the launch of the public website https://www.interreg-cypress.eu/, with content being gradually built upon. In parallel to all of this, the CYPRESS partners have continued to prepare the region’s automotive supply chain for a more circular mindset, with a desktop research analysis on skill gaps, a skills survey, and organizing at the end of this Period 2 a first, half-day focus group on circularity skills with 5 invited companies. extra reporting for n+3

Een aantal uitdagingen op het gebied van lichtgewicht, nul-emissie en energieneutraliteit zijn onderzocht en ontwikkeld door verschillende aanbieders van oplossingen, voornamelijk MKB-bedrijven, in de NWE-regio (Noordwest-Europa). De uitdagingen zijn meestal voorgesteld door OEM- en Tier 1-leveranciers binnen de auto- en ruimtevaartindustrie.
Het industriële netwerk van het Rightweight-project, met name binnen Maas-Rijn, zal in CYPRESS verder worden aangepakt en ontwikkeld.

Un certain nombre de défis concernant la légèreté, l'absence d'émissions et la neutralité énergétique ont été étudiés et développés par plusieurs fournisseurs de solutions, principalement des PME, à travers la région NWE (North-West Europe). Les défis ont été principalement proposés par des équipementiers et des fournisseurs de niveau 1 dans les secteurs de l'automobile et de l'aérospatiale.
Le réseau industriel du projet Rightweight, en particulier en Meuse-Rhin, sera abordé et développé plus avant dans CYPRESS.

Dans le cadre de ce projet, Technifutur a organisé des bootcamps afin d'expliquer, à l'aide d'exemples concrets, comment réduire les délais dans l'environnement de production. Deux aspects sont concernés : la gestion, y compris l'augmentation des compétences du personnel, et les outils numériques pour obtenir des indicateurs afin de mesurer les délais et de comprendre où se trouve le goulot d'étranglement.
L'un des grands défis est le délai d'exécution des produits personnalisés, pour lesquels le délai de livraison est crucial.
Technifutur partagera ses expériences sur l'amélioration des délais, particulièrement utiles dans la conception des lignes de production pilotes au sein de CYPRESS.
(FR), This project deals with the reduction of the lead time in a manufacturing company. In the project, Technifutur has organized bootcamps in order to explain with hands-on examples how to reduce the lead time in the production environment. Two aspects are involved: the management including the increase of the skills of people, and secondly the digital tools to obtain indicators in order to measure the lead time and understand where is the bottle neck.
One big challenge is the lead time of customized products where mostly the delivery time is crucial.
Technifutur will share experiences on lead time improvement, particularly useful in the conception of the pilot production lines within CYPRESS.

This project experience will aid the CYPRESS project to consider suitable digitization techniques for the pilot lines.

Plusieurs analyses ont également été menées pour identifier, d'une part, les tendances technologiques (livre blanc) et, d'autre part, l'écart entre les besoins des entreprises en matière de compétences et l'offre actuelle et future des entités éducatives, sur 4 thèmes principaux : Légèreté et recyclage, Transition énergétique et nouvelle motorisation, Conduite autonome et Industrie du futur.
Le vaste réseau automobile franco-allemand de la PAE sera mis à contribution pour les activités du projet CYPRESS.

Das umfangreiche deutsch-französische Automobilnetzwerk von PAE wird für die Aktivitäten im Rahmen des CYPRESS-Projekts angesprochen werden.

Het uitgebreide Frans-Duitse automotive netwerk van PAE zal worden aangesproken voor de activiteiten binnen het CYPRESS project.

De output van de uitgevoerde competentieanalyse in de metaal- en kunststofsector zal worden meegenomen in CYPRESS.

Die Schulungskurse wurden entwickelt und in drei Unterthemen unterteilt: (1) Einführung in zirkuläres Denken und Geschäftsmodelle, allgemeine Kompetenzen für eine zirkuläre Wirtschaft, (2) Denken in Lebenszyklen, Ökodesign und Materialauswahl; (3). CE in Aktion, personenzentrierter Wandel, in der Organisation und der Wertschöpfungskette.
Die Ergebnisse der durchgeführten Kompetenzanalyse in den Sektoren Metalle und Kunststoffe werden in CYPRESS berücksichtigt.
(DE), Circular Polymers (OPZUID 1B1 PROEFTUIN) (DE), Circular Polymers (OPZUID 1B1 PROEFTUIN) (NL), Circular Polymers (OPZUID 1B1 PROEFTUIN) (EN), Circular Polymers (OPZUID 1B1 PROEFTUIN) (FR) | In dit project zet een consortium van MKB'ers onder leiding van CHILL met steun van Europa's grootste afvalinzamelaar Suez een proeftuin op rond het thema recycling van reststromen kunststofafval van de PMD-zak (plastic-metaal-drankenkartons) en andere afvalstromen van consumenten. Van al het ingezamelde plastic afval wordt momenteel meer dan de helft niet gerecycled omdat hier nog geen geschikte technologie voor is. Het doel van het pilotproject is het bedenken, ontwikkelen en testen van technologieën die ervoor kunnen zorgen dat de grote kunststof afvalstromen uit de PMD-zak grotendeels volledig gerecycled kunnen worden tot dure, nieuwe grondstoffen (upcycling) voor kunststofverwerking.
De expertise die is opgedaan in de waardeketen voor circulaire polymeermaterialen zal direct van nut zijn voor CYPRESS.
(NL), In this project, a consortium of SMEs led by CHILL and with the support of Europe's largest waste collector Suez, is setting up a testing ground around the theme of recycling residual flows of plastic waste from the PMD bag (plastic-metal- beverage cartons) and other waste flows from consumers. Of all collected plastic waste, more than half is currently not recycled because there is not yet a suitable technology for this. The aim of the pilot project is to devise, develop and test technologies that can ensure that the large plastic waste streams from the PMD bag can largely be completely recycled into expensive, new raw materials (upcycling) for plastic processing.
The expertise gained on the value chain for circular polymer materials, will be directly useful for CYPRESS.
(EN), In diesem Projekt richtet ein Konsortium von KMU unter der Leitung von CHILL und mit Unterstützung von Europas größtem Abfallentsorger Suez ein Versuchsfeld zum Thema Recycling von Abfallströmen von Kunststoffen aus dem PMD-Tüte (Kunststoff-Metall-Getränkekartons) und anderen Abfallströmen von Verbrauchern ein. Von allen gesammelten Kunststoffabfällen wird derzeit mehr als die Hälfte nicht recycelt, weil es dafür noch keine geeignete Technologie gibt. Ziel des Pilotprojekts ist es, Technologien zu konzipieren, zu entwickeln und zu erproben, die sicherstellen, dass die großen Kunststoffabfallströme aus der PMD-Tüte weitgehend vollständig zu teuren, neuen Rohstoffen für die Kunststoffverarbeitung recycelt werden können (Upcycling).
Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse über die Wertschöpfungskette für kreislauffähige polymere Werkstoffe werden für CYPRESS unmittelbar nutzbar sein.
(DE), Dans le cadre de ce projet, un consortium de PME dirigé par CHILL et soutenu par Suez, le plus grand collecteur de déchets d'Europe, met en place un terrain d'essai sur le thème du recyclage des flux résiduels de déchets plastiques provenant des sacs PMD (briques à boisson en plastique-métal) et d'autres flux de déchets provenant des consommateurs. Sur l'ensemble des déchets plastiques collectés, plus de la moitié n'est actuellement pas recyclée car il n'existe pas encore de technologie adaptée. L'objectif du projet pilote est de concevoir, de développer et de tester des technologies permettant de garantir que les grands flux de déchets plastiques provenant des sacs PMD puissent être entièrement recyclés en nouvelles matières premières coûteuses (upcycling) pour la transformation du plastique.
L'expertise acquise sur la chaîne de valeur des matériaux polymères circulaires sera directement utile à CYPRESS.

Other Eine zentrale politische Maßnahme ist der Europäische Aktionsplan für die Kreislaufwirtschaft, der eine Trendwende bei der Verwendung von Rohstoffen herbeiführen, die Umweltauswirkungen verringern und die Sicherheit der Rohstoffversorgung gewährleisten soll. Durch das Streben nach klareren Zielen und Verantwortlichkeiten, Regulierung und Preisgestaltung, Marktentwicklung, Wissen und Innovation versucht die Regierung, eine Kreislaufwirtschaft zu fördern.
Die Niederlande streben bis 2030 eine Verringerung des Materialverbrauchs um 50 % an (Circularity Program, 2016) und eine Verringerung der Treibhausgase um 49 % bis 2030 (Climate Accord, 2019). Im Allgemeinen legt die niederländische Regierung mehr Wert auf die Wiederverwertbarkeit von Materialien als auf deren Leichtgewichtigkeit.
Die Strategie in Belgien umfasst eine langfristige Vision LTV, die eine Reduzierung der Treibhausgasemissionen um mindestens 80-95 % bis 2050 im Vergleich zu 1990 vorsieht. Auf regionaler Ebene gehören zu den wichtigsten strategischen Rahmenwerken die zweite wallonische Strategie für nachhaltige Entwicklung (2016) und die Flämische Vision 2050 (eine langfristige Strategie für Flandern, 2016). Die wichtigsten regionalen Strategien zielen darauf ab, den flämischen materiellen Fußabdruck bis 2030 um 30 % zu verringern, die Ressourcenproduktivität zwischen 2020 und 2035 um 25 % zu steigern und die Zahl der wallonischen Arbeitsplätze, bis 2025 um 20 % zu erhöhen.
Deutschland hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Treibhausgase bis 2030 um 65 % gegenüber 1990 zu reduzieren (Klimaschutzgesetz 2022) und bis 2045 klimaneutral zu werden (Klimaschutzgesetz 2022). Die Bundesregierung entwickelt derzeit eine Kreislaufwirtschaftsstrategie (NKWS). Das Ministerium für Umwelt, Naturschutz und Reaktorsicherheit (MWIDE) des Landes NRW investiert in erheblichem Umfang in die Umstellung der Kohleverstromung auf eine Wasserstoff-Modellregion, die an unser Demoprojekt zu nachhaltigen Wasserstofftanks anknüpft.
