- Italy – Austria 2014 - 2020 - CLEANSTONE- Recovery and upgrading of stone processing waste for ecological sustainability (EN) | The CleanStone project is a research and development project that focuses on the recovery and valorisation of stone processing waste to promote the sustainability of the sector. Stone processing scraps are often seen as waste but they can contain precious materials that can be recovered and reused in new stone productions. The CleanStone project is an example of how technology and research can be used to reduce the environmental effects of production. Reuse 2030 can resume the reuse logic of this project to identify new economy solutions circular also valid for the mechanical industries. (EN), Italy – Slovenia 2014 – 2020 - RETRACKING Towards a circular economy: traceability of fibre-reinforced composite (FRC) (EN) | The Retracking project is a research and development project that focuses on the tracking of glass fiber reinforced composite goods to promote a circular economy. The objective of the project is to develop a goods traceability system in order to guarantee the transparency and safety of the supply chain and to reduce the volume of waste and promote environmental sustainability. Through a digital repository, both projects can work together to map production and consumption waste and related recovery opportunities. (EN), Italy – Switzerland 2014 – 2020. Smart Sustainable enterprise: development of a shared culture and tools for the competitiveness, responsibility and sustainability of businesses and territories. (EN) | The Smart project aims to develop competitiveness among companies based on environmental sustainability and technology. The goal of the project is to create an infrastructure that reduces waste and to train company employees on sustainability issues.
- It promotes the creation of an alliance between companies, universities and research centres, in order to foster the exchange of knowledge between the various players in the sector. Reuse2030 can add other best practices to improve the understanding of the circular economy process in both design and production phases spread across industries. (EN), Interreg CE 2014 – 2020 - CIRCE2020 Expansion of the CIRcular Economy concept in the Central Europe local productive districts. (EN) | CIRCE2020 aims to switch from sporadic company recycling interventions (performed only by companies’ indipendent initiatives) to integrated redesign of industrial interactions based on the circular economy. Final goal is to introduce innovative cross-value chain waste governance models and trasnational analytic tools to improve capacities of concerned waste public-private sector to reduce dependencies from primary natural resources within industrial processing and to increase valorization of the secondary raw material. Thus, Reuse2030 wants to involve companies and SMEs in the piloting of the industrial solution for raw materials recovery and training experiences. (EN), Interreg CE 2014 – 2020 - CHAIN REACTIONS Driving smart industrial growth through value chain innovation. (EN) | CHAIN REACTIONS aims at empowering regional ecosystems with the knowledge and tools to help businesses overcome barriers and generate sustained growth through value chain innovation. The partnership successfully developed practical instruments to measure innovation potentials and capacities. Within Reuse 2030 we want to add to this expertise the eco- innovation skills, developing links and synergies between enterprises, research and development centres. (EN)
