Obserwowane w XXI w. skutki zmian klimatu wciąż stanowią kluczowe wyzwanie dla pogranicza PL-SN a jego mieszkańcy dostrzegają ich negatywne konsekwencje w swoim otoczeniu. Istnieje stała potrzeba promocji dobrych praktyk oraz szeroko zakrojonej edukacji mieszkańców i samorządowców w zakresie adaptacji do zmian klimatu. Projekt, którego celem jest przeciwdziałanie negatywnym skutkom tych zmian wychodzi naprzeciw oczekiwaniom mieszkańców pogranicza w zakresie realizacji dobrych praktyk, szczególnie w zakresie błękitno-zielonej infrastruktury (BZI) Projekt będzie realizowany w 3 zadaniach merytorycznych. Pierwsze dotyczy budowy platformy wspomagania decyzji w zakresie działań adaptacyjnych i jest skierowane do samorządowców oraz mieszkańców obszaru wsparcia. W ramach zadania powstanie elektroniczny katalog działań adaptacyjnych oraz metodyka planów adaptacji dla gmin. Zostaną opracowane dla całego obszaru wsparcia analizy zagrożeń zjawiskami ekstremalnymi. Zadanie będzie platformą wspierającą realizację kolejnych zadań i jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby mieszkańców w zakresie skatalogowania działań adaptacyjnych oraz wsparcia samorządowców w podejmowaniu decyzji. W ramach zad. 2 powstaną 3 plany adaptacji do zmian klimatu dla gmin wraz z SOOŚ. Ponadto powstanie opracowanie dotyczące korytarzy ekologicznych. Plany będą wdrożone poprzez realizację licznych działań z zakresu BZI oraz utworzenie korytarzy ekologicznych w postaci liniowego nasadzenia drzew. W zad. 3 zaplanowano budowę Sieci Kompetencji Klimatycznych z 2 Centrami w Chrośnicy i Görlitz. Sieć z centrami stworzy zaplecze edukacyjne do przeprowadzenia warsztatów, spacerów edukacyjnych i promocji działań adaptacyjnych. W ramach zadania zaplanowano rozbudowę monitoringu klimatu lokalnego oraz liczne angażujące mieszkańców pogranicza

The effects of climate change observed in the 21st century are still a key challenge for the PL-SN borderland and its inhabitants perceive their negative consequences in their surroundings. There is a constant need to promote good practices and extensive education of residents and local governments in the field of adaptation to climate change. The project, which aims to counteract the negative effects of these changes, meets the expectations of borderland residents in the implementation of good practices, especially in the field of blue-green infrastructure (BZI). The project will be implemented in 3 substantive tasks. The first concerns the construction of a decision support platform for adaptation activities and is addressed to local government officials and residents of the support area. As part of the task, an electronic catalogue of adaptation activities and the methodology of adaptation plans for municipalities will be created. They will be developed for the entire area of support for the analysis of threats of extreme phenomena. The task will be a platform supporting the implementation of subsequent tasks and is a response to the needs of residents in terms of cataloguing adaptation activities and supporting local government officials in decision-making. As part of the ass. 2 there will be 3 climate change adaptation plans for municipalities together with the SEA. In addition, a study on ecological corridors will be developed. The plans will be implemented through the implementation of numerous FDI activities and the creation of ecological corridors in the form of linear tree planting. In the back. 3 is planned to build a Climate Competence Network with 2 Centers in Chrośnica and Görlitz. The network with centers will create educational facilities for conducting workshops, educational walks and promotion of adaptation activities. As part of the task, the expansion of local climate monitoring and numerous engaging borderland residents were planned.

Die Auswirkungen des Klimawandels, die im 21. Jahrhundert zu beobachten sind, stellen nach wie vor eine große Herausforderung für die PL-SN-Grenzregion dar, und ihre Bewohner erkennen die negativen Folgen in ihrer Umgebung. Es besteht ein ständiger Bedarf an der Förderung bewährter Praktiken und an der umfassenden Aufklärung der Bewohner und lokalen Selbstverwaltungen über die Anpassung an den Klimawandel. Das Projekt, das darauf abzielt, den negativen Auswirkungen dieser Veränderungen entgegenzuwirken, erfüllt die Erwartungen der Grenzbewohner in Bezug auf die Umsetzung bewährter Praktiken, insbesondere im Bereich der blau-grünen Infrastruktur. Das Projekt wird in 3 inhaltlichen Aufgaben umgesetzt. Das erste betrifft den Aufbau einer Plattform zur Entscheidungsunterstützung für Anpassungsmaßnahmen und richtet sich an lokale Selbstverwaltungen und Bewohner des Fördergebiets. Im Rahmen dieser Aufgabe werden ein elektronischer Katalog von Anpassungsmaßnahmen und eine Methodik für Anpassungspläne für Gemeinden erstellt. Für das gesamte Fördergebiet werden Risikoanalysen für Extremphänomene erstellt. Die Aufgabe wird eine Plattform sein, welche die Umsetzung weiterer Aufgaben unterstützt und auf die Bedürfnisse der Bewohner eingeht, um Anpassungsmaßnahmen zu katalogisieren und die Entscheidungsfindung der lokalen Selbstverwaltungen zu unterstützen. Im Rahmen der Aufgabe 2 werden gemeinsam mit Strategische Umweltprüfung 3 Klimaschutzanpassungspläne für Gemeinden erstellt. Darüber hinaus wird es eine Studie über ökologische Korridore geben. Die Pläne werden durch die Umsetzung zahlreicher Aktivitäten im Bereich von der blau-grünen Infrastruktur und die Schaffung ökologischer Korridore in Form von linearen Anpflanzungen von Bäumen umgesetzt. Aufgabe 3 plant den Aufbau eines Klimakompetenznetzes mit 2 Zentren in Chrośnica und Görlitz. Durch die Vernetzung mit den Zentren wird eine Bildungseinrichtung geschaffen, in der Workshops und Lehrpfade durchgeführt und Anpassungsmaßnahmen gefördert werden können. Im Rahmen der Aufgabe wurden die Entwicklung des lokalen Klimamonitorings und zahlreiche Aktionen unter Einbeziehung der Bewohner des Grenzlandes geplant.
