- The biodiversity strategy aims to put Europe’s biodiversity on the path to recovery by 2030 for the benefit of people, climate and the planet. The strategy contains specific commitments and actions to be delivered by 2030: establishing a larger EU-wide network of protected areas on land and at sea, launching an EU nature restoration plan, introducing measures to enable the necessary transformative change and Introducing measures to tackle the global biodiversity challenge. Its policy areas are nature and biodiversity, while it focuses on protecting nature and reversing the degradation of ecosystems. The ARTEMIS project supports practical measures for creating a sound network between Romanian and Ukraine law enforcement agencies in view of produce changes in their common approach, fight the ongoing threats to the balance of the natural protected areas.
