Description (EN):

The project deals with the introduction and application of project management (PM) techniques through the expansion of a joint cross-border education offer. It is mainly aimed at students of participating universities. The concrete outputs of the project will be a web interface connected to the web pages of the project partners. The web interface will ensure the functionality of the communication forum, the e-learning online educational course and the management game, which serves to gain practical experience. The goal of the project is to create a comprehensive educational system in Czech, German and, for international students, also in English, for the acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of project management for university students. The created teaching materials will be implemented in the relevant accredited programs of cooperating schools. The outputs of the project will be available free of charge on the web interface, and other interested parties outside the main target group will be able to expand their knowledge in the field of PM. Thanks to the cross-border nature of the cooperation, it will be easier for students to adapt to the different PM standards applied in the mentioned regions and thus for easier adaptation of workers in the field of project management.

Das Projekt befasst sich mit der Einführung und Anwendung von Projektmanagement (PM)-Techniken durch den Ausbau eines gemeinsamen, grenzüberschreitenden Bildungsangebots. Es richtet sich vor allem an Studierende der teilnehmenden Hochschulen. Das konkrete Ergebniss des Projekts wird eine Webschnittstelle sein, die mit den Webseiten der Projektpartner verbunden ist. Die Weboberfläche gewährleistet die Funktionalität des Kommunikationsforums, des Online-Lernkurses (E-Learning) und des Managementspiels, das dem Sammeln praktischer Erfahrungen dient. Ziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung eines umfassenden Bildungssystems für Hochschulstudierende in tschechischer, deutscher und für internationale Studierende auch in englischer Sprache zum Erwerb theoretischer und praktischer Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement für Hochschulstudierende. Die erstellten Lehrmaterialien werden in den entsprechenden akkreditierten Programmen kooperierender Hochschulen umgesetzt. Die Ergebnisse des Projekts werden kostenlos auf der Weboberfläche verfügbar sein. Dadurch können andere Interessenten außerhalb der Hauptzielgruppe ihr Wissen im Bereich PM erweitern. Dank des grenzüberschreitenden Charakters der Zusammenarbeit wird es für Studierende einfacher, sich an die unterschiedlichen PM-Standards in den genannten Regionen anzupassen.

Projekt se zabývá představením a aplikací technik projektového managementu (PM) prostřednictvím rozšíření společné přeshraniční nabídky vzdělávání. Je zaměřen zejména na studenty participujících vysokých škol. Konkrétními výstupy projektu bude webové rozhraní propojené s webovými stránkami projektových partnerů. Webové rozhraní zajistí funkčnost komunikačního fóra, online vzdělávacího kurzu (e-learningu) a manažerské hry, sloužící pro získání praktických zkušeností. Cílem projektu je vytvořit komplexní vzdělávací systém v českém, německém a pro mezinárodní studenty také v anglickém jazyce pro získání teoretických i praktických poznatků v oblasti projektového managementu u studentů vysokých škol. Vytvořené výukové materiály budou implementovány do relevantních akreditovaných programů spolupracujících škol. Výstupy projektu budou zdarma dostupné na webovém rozhraní a své znalosti v oblasti PM si tak budou moci rozšířit i další zájemci mimo hlavní cílovou skupinu. Díky přeshraničnímu charakteru spolupráce dojde ke snazší adaptaci studentů na odlišné standardy PM, uplatňované ve zmíněných regionech a tím ke snazší adaptaci pracovníků v oblasti projektového řízení.

Expected Achievements (EN):

The aim of the project is to create a common training offer in the field of project management (PM). The system of teaching at both institutions exhibits partial differences due to the primary use of different PM methodologies and standards in both countries. The syllabi of accredited study subjects in the field of PM will be enriched by the system of study at the second university. The activities of the project are aimed at increasing the competencies of the target group and transferring practical experience in the field of PM, which will reflect the needs and current conditions in the border region. The tool for achieving this goal will be co-created teaching materials (online course used during lessons) and a management game for practical training of project management methods. The cooperation will also be supported by workshops and conferences with the participation of teachers and students.

Ziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung eines gemeinsamen Bildungsangebotes im Bereich Projektmanagement (PM). Das Lehrsystem beider Institutionen ist teilweise unterschiedlich, da in beiden Ländern verschiedene PM-Methoden und -Standards zum Einsatz kommen. Die Lehrpläne der akkreditierten Studienfächer im Bereich PM werden durch das Studiensystem der Zweituniversität bereichert. Die Aktivitäten des Projekts zielen darauf ab, die Kompetenzen der Zielgruppen zu erweitern und praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich PM zu vermitteln, die die Bedürfnisse und aktuellen Rahmenbedingungen in der Grenzregion widerspiegeln. Die Werkzeuge zur Erreichung dieses Ziels werden gemeinsam erstellte Lehrmaterialien (ein im Unterricht eingesetzter Online-Kurs) sowie ein Planspiel zur praktischen Schulung von Projektmanagementmethoden sein. Die Zusammenarbeit wird durch Workshops und Konferenzen unter Beteiligung von Lehrenden und Studierenden ergänzt.

Cílem projektu je vytvoření společné nabídky vzdělávání v oblasti projektového managementu (PM). Systém výuky na obou institucích vykazuje dílčí odlišnosti z důvodu primárního využití odlišných metodik a standardů PM v obou zemích. Dojde k obohacení sylabů akreditovaných studijních předmětů v oblasti PM o systém studia na druhé vysoké škole. Aktivity projektu jsou zaměřeny na zvýšení kompetencí cílové skupiny a předání praktických zkušeností v oblasti PM, které budou reflektovat potřeby a současné podmínky v příhraničním regionu. Nástrojem pro dosažení tohoto cíle budou společně vytvořené výukové materiály (online kurz využívaný během výuky) a manažerská hra pro praktický nácvik metod projektového řízení. Spolupráci podpoří i workshopy a konference za účasti vyučujících i studentů.

Unternehmerische Kompetenzen auf dem tschechisch – bayerischen Arbeitsmarkt, Nr. 34 (Zusammenarbeit Freistaat Bayern - Tschechische Republik Ziel ETZ 2014-2020) (DE), Podnikatelské kompetence na česko-bavorském trhu práce, reg. č. 34 (Cíl EÚS Česká republika - Svobodný stát Bavorsko) (CS) | Das Projekt wird in Zusammenarbeit zwischen VŠTE und OTH Regensburg der Hochschule Hof umgesetzt und zielte darauf ab, die Ausbildung im Bereich der Vermittlung unternehmerischer Kompetenzen an Hochschulstudierende zu stärken. Im Rahmen des Projekts erfolgte ein Vergleich aktueller Lehransätze zur Vermittlung unternehmerischer Kompetenzen im Rahmen der Hochschulbildung sowie eine Analyse des Arbeitsmarktes in beiden Ländern im Hinblick auf unternehmerische Kompetenzen. Gemeinsame Bildungsaktivitäten mit den Schwerpunkten „entrepreneurial spirit“ und „enterprising behavior“ wurden vorbereitet und ein neues Konzept für Lernaktivitäten wurde erstellt, die in der Lehre umgesetzt wurden.
Dieses Projekt stellte den Beginn einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit mit bayerischen Institutionen im Bereich der Schaffung eines gemeinsamen Bildungsangebots dar, mit dem Ziel, Hochschulabsolventen mit den Kompetenzen auszustatten, die für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit auf dem gemeinsamen tschechisch-bayerischen Arbeitsmarkt erforderlich sind.
(DE), Projekt byl realizovaný ve spolupráci VŠTE a OTH Regensburg a měl za cíl posílení vzdělávání v oblasti přenosu podnikatelských kompetencí na studenty vysokých škol. V rámci projektu došlo ke komparaci současných přístupů k výuce při zprostředkování podnikatelských kompetencí v rámce vysokoškolské výuky a k analýze trhu práce v obou zemích se zřetelem k podnikatelským kompetencím. Byly připraveny společné vzdělávací aktivity zaměřené na "entrepreneurial spirit" a "enterprising behavior" a došlo k vytvoření nového konceptu studijních aktivit, které byly implementovány do výuky.
Tento projekt představoval zahájení dlouhodobé spolupráce s bavorskými institucemi v oblasti tvorby společné nabídky vzdělávání, s cílem vybavit absolventy vysokých škol kompetencemi zásadními pro úspěšné fungování na společném česko-bavorském trhu práce.
(CS), Podpora moderních trendů ve výuce s ohledem na Best practice, reg. č. 261 (Cíl EÚS Česká republika - Svobodný stát Bavorsko) (CS), Unterstützung moderner Trends im Unterricht in Bezug auf Best Practices, Nr. 261 (Zusammenarbeit Freistaat Bayern - Tschechische Republik Ziel ETZ 2014-2020) (DE) | Projekt realizované rovněž ve spolupráci VŠTE a OTH Regensburg byl zaměřen na propojení bakalářských studijních programů s profesní sférou. Vysokoškolské instituce na obou stranách hranice úzce kooperovaly s experty z podnikatelské praxe, kteří poskytli svůj pohled na problematiku vzdělávání a vysoké školy díky tomu získaly možnost ještě více přiblížit své profesní vzdělávání konkrétním požadavkům na kompetence svých absolventů s ohledem na uplatnění na společném trhu práce. Dle zjištěných poznatků došlo k inovaci studijních předmětů bakalářských studijních programů ekonomického směru.
Synergie s předkládaným projektem je v oblasti soustavného cíleného posilování kompetencí studentů pro uplatnění na společném trhu práce, a to v různých oblastech ekonomického vzdělávání.
(CS), Das ebenfalls in Kooperation zwischen VŠTE und OTH Regensburg durchgeführte Projekt hatte zum Ziel, Bachelor-Studiengänge mit der Berufswelt zu verbinden. Hochschuleinrichtungen auf beiden Seiten der Grenze arbeiteten eng mit Experten aus der Unternehmenspraxis zusammen, die ihre Sicht auf Bildungsfragen einbrachten, und dadurch erhielten Universitäten die Möglichkeit, ihre Berufsausbildung noch näher an die spezifischen Anforderungen an die Kompetenzen ihrer Hochschulen anzupassen Absolventen im Hinblick auf eine Bewerbung auf dem gemeinsamen Arbeitsmarkt. Den Erkenntnissen zufolge kam es zu einer Neuerung bei den Studienfächern der Bachelor-Studiengänge im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
Die Synergie mit dem vorgestellten Projekt liegt im Bereich der systematischen gezielten Stärkung der Kompetenzen der Studierenden für die Anwendung auf dem gemeinsamen Arbeitsmarkt, und zwar in verschiedenen Bereichen der Wirtschaftspädagogik.
(DE), GREENPACT: Futurepreneurs and SMEs for a Sustainable Central Europe | Certification Scheme (Interreg Central Europe 2021 - 2027) (CS), GREENPACT: Futurepreneurs and SMEs for a Sustainable Central Europe | Certification Scheme (Interreg Central Europe 2021 - 2027) (DE) | Projekt má za cíl posílit dovednosti malých a středních podniků ze sektoru služeb a připravit je pro aplikaci principů cirkulární ekonomiky. Reaguje tak na rostoucí povědomí spotřebitelů o ochraně klimatu a oběhovém hospodářství, tj. odkud produkt pochází a jakou má uhlíkovou stopu. Téma je řešeno na úrovni několika států: České republiky, Německa, Chorvatska, Itálie a Slovenska. Do jeho řešení budou zapojeni i studenti, což je přínosné pro jejich budoucí fungování na manažerských pozicích firem, které se postupem času budou muset adaptovat na principy cirkulární ekonomiky.
Projekt představuje významnou synergii s již realizovanými projekty a s nyní předkládaným projektem. Zaměřuje se na téma adaptace na principy cirkulární ekonomiky a doplňuje tak další potřebné kompetence v profilu absolventa vysoké školy v evropském regionu.
(CS), Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Kompetenzen kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen aus dem Dienstleistungssektor zu stärken und sie auf die Anwendung von Prinzipien der Kreislaufwirtschaft vorzubereiten. Damit wird dem wachsenden Bewusstsein der Verbraucher für den Klimaschutz und die Kreislaufwirtschaft Rechnung getragen, also woher das Produkt kommt und welchen CO2-Fußabdruck es hat. Das Thema wird auf der Ebene mehrerer Länder behandelt: der Tschechischen Republik, Deutschland, Kroatien, Italien und der Slowakei. Auch Studierende werden in die Lösung einbezogen, was für ihre zukünftige Tätigkeit in Führungspositionen in Unternehmen von Vorteil ist, die sich im Laufe der Zeit an die Prinzipien der Kreislaufwirtschaft anpassen müssen.
Das Projekt stellt eine erhebliche Synergie mit bereits umgesetzten Projekten und dem nun vorgestellten Projekt dar. Es konzentriert sich auf das Thema der Anpassung an die Prinzipien der Kreislaufwirtschaft und ergänzt damit weitere notwendige Kompetenzen im Profil eines Hochschulabsolventen im europäischen Raum.

EUStrategyAlpineRegion Das vorgeschlagene Projekt steht im Einklang mit Ziel 1 „Unterstützung für nachhaltiges Wachstum und Unterstützung für Innovation“, welches auf den Transfer von Theorie in die Praxis ausgerichtet ist. Konkret handelt es sich hierbei um einen Beitrag zur Aktivität 3 „Labour market, education and training".
Der Alpenraum stellt den größten europäischen Wirtschafts- und Produktionsstandort mit hohem Entwicklungspotenzial dar. Im Rahmen der Aktivität 3 trägt das vorgeschlagene Projekt dazu bei, durch gemeinsame makroregionale Aktivitäten die Bereitschaft zukünftiger Arbeitsmarktakteure (vor allem der Absolventen der beteiligten Hochschulen) zu verbessern, um in verschiedenen Wirtschaftsbereichen erfolgreich zu sein.
EUStrategyDanubeRegion Navrhovaný projekt má návaznost na následující části Strategie EU pro Podunají: Prioritní oblast 7 (Znalostní společnost, Prioritní oblast 8 (Konkurenceschopnost podniků) a Prioritní oblast 9 (Lidé a dovednosti).
V rámci jednotlivých prioritních oblastí je žádoucí vytvořit rámec pro spolupráci, která povede ke konkrétním odpovědím na společné výzvy, jimž daný makroregion čelí.
Navrhovaný projekt je zaměřen na oblast kooperace mezi univerzitami (výzkumnými institucemi) a klade si za cíl posílit specifické kompetence svých absolventů v oblasti projektového managementu pro budoucí využití ve společném příhraničním ekonomickém prostředí. Harmonizace vzdělávání v oblasti projektového managementu, které v obou zemích vykazují dílčí odlišnosti, přispívá k naplnění uvedené strategie.

Navrhovaný projekt přispívá k naplnění ustanovení Programu rozvoje JČ kraje v oblasti růstu konkurenceschopnosti regionální ekonomiky, kde je jako stěžejní předpoklad růstu konkurenceschopnosti uveden růst počtu a významu inovujících firem, které se prosazují na rostoucích a náročných globálních trzích.
