- Other NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY "EUROPEAN MOLDOVA 2030"
- The Republic of Moldova has an important cultural heritage, a very varied and authentic one, which could also serve as a pivot element for a cultural economy. However, the cultural infrastructure is in an advanced state of physical decay, which poses a real problem of accessibility of cultural products. Increasing the accessibility, quality and relevance of the cultural offer requires higher current and investment expenses, better targeted and capitalized more effectively, at the level of each cultural institution and organization. By contributing to the development of culture, these resources will produce important economic and social returns. A more intense, higher quality and more diverse cultural environment will give people a quality life, new benchmarks for personal development and aspiration, and will strengthen the sense of belonging, of community. It is extremely important to ensure that culture reaches the "masses", including the rural and peripheral regions of the country. Properly valued and integrated into the educational system, culture will strengthen the creative economy and produce important socio-economic effects, through directly and indirectly created jobs, increasing the tourist attractiveness of communities and the country as a whole, diversifying opportunities for relaxation and spending free time, but also the reduction of conflicts, tensions and social violence.
- The Project „Strolling Through History” integrates with the achievement of Objective 4 Raising the level of culture and personal development. Priority: Formation and consolidation of tourist destinations, including through actions to promote, preserve and restore historical monuments.
- Other The National Tourism Development Program "Tourism 2026" for the years 2022-2026 is a strategic planning document developed in order to establish a policy framework capable of providing a holistic and visionary approach to the development of the tourism industry in the medium term, with a predominant focus on capitalizing intelligent and sustainable tourism potential of the Republic of Moldova, creating a favorable and comprehensive environment for the development of a competitive and sustainable tourism product.
- The program aims to develop the Republic of Moldova as a competitive and sustainable tourist destination, bringing economic, social and environmental benefits to local communities and future generations.
- The project „Strolling Through History” will contribute to achieving GO 3. Stimulating the sustainable development of tourism and creating opportunities to extend the benefits of tourism development to regional and local communities.
