Description (EN):

The project's main objective is to develop a cross-border recognized program for green entrepreneurial training directed to women (including women belonging to minority communities, immigrants, elderly) organized in cross-border living labs and online learning platforms based on professional mentoring, sharing of best practices and various online and live events. The project aims at supporting green (female) entrepreneurship, specifically micro and small/medium size enterprises (MSMEs) through activities such as establishment of 5 Cross-border Living Labs (CLLs), 4 main online training modules and create a cross-border association for entrepreneurial training built upon the outcomes of the project.

Expected Achievements (EN):

The project's main objective is to develop a cross-border recognized program for green entrepreneurial training directed to women (including women belonging to minority communities, immigrants, elderly) organized in cross-border living labs and online learning platforms based on professional mentoring, sharing of best practices and various online and live events. Other aims are: - to empower participating women to see themselves as agents of change in leading the greening of their own business, contributing to profound social change and breaking the isolation they might experience; - to bridge the gender gap in educational and entrepreneurial activities; - to strengthen the entrepreneurial skills in the Aurora regions. GENGREEN will boost cross-border cooperation and employment opportunities. All the participants will closely work with regional and transnational stakeholders including service providers, micro businesses, SMEs, the public sector, civil society.
