Project Prehospital Video in Collaboration 2 (PreViS 2) is a collaborative project run by Sykehuset Innlandet, PICTA Prehospital Innovationsarena, Helseinn and the Innovation platform VGR. The project is based videre on PreVis 1, et tidligere Interreg Sweden-Norway project. One of the new elements in PreVis 2 is the involvement of redningstjenesten og forsvaret for å optimalisere ressursbruken og kraftke samarbeidet mellom voluntary organisasjoner, offentlige aktører, næringsliv og akademia innen samfunnssikkerhet og readiness. The project brings together a large triple-helix partnership consisting of actors from prehospital healthcare, companies, academia, innovation actors and actors in community preparedness such as the police, emergency services and the military.

Projekt Prehospital Video i Samverkan 2 (PreViS 2) är ett samverkansprojekt som drivs av Sykehuset Innlandet, PICTA Prehospital Innovationsarena, Helseinn och Innovationsplattformen VGR. Prosjektet bygger videre på PreVis 1, et tidligere Interreg Sverige-Norge prosjekt. En av de nye momentene i PreVis 2 er involvering av redningstjenesten og forsvaret for å optimalisere ressursbruken og styrke samarbeidet mellom frivillige organisasjoner, offentlige aktører, næringsliv og akademia innen samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap. Projektet samlar ett stort triple-helix partnerskap bestående av aktörer från prehospital sjukvård, företag, akademi, innovationsaktörer och aktörer inom samhällsberedskap såsom polis, räddningstjänst och militär.

Expected Achievements (EN):

The goal of the project is to develop and implement advanced video technology for decision support and establish a triple-helix environment that contributes to the long-term development of the entire prehospital care chain, and thus contribute to increased innovation capacity in the border region's prehospital healthcare and, in the long term, more similar services for all residents. This is achieved through the following milestones: Milestone 1: Complete, implement and evaluate the effect of unified video solutions for decision making in prehospitale services Target 2: Identifying and testing innovative technologies for bedre decision making Avdekke potensial for video as a decision maker in an extensive emergency case Establisher long-term R&D&I co-arbeid for videre evacuation of acute disease.

Expected Achievements (SV):

Hovedmålet med projektet är å utveckla och implementera avancerad videoteknik för beslutsstöd och etablera en triple-helix miljö som bidrar till långsiktig utveckling av hela den prehospitala vårdkedjan, og slik bidra til ökad innovationskapaciteten i gränsregionens prehospitala sjukvård og på sikt mer likeverdige tjenester for alle innbyggere. Detta uppnås genom följande delmål: Delmål 1: Färdigställa, implementera og evaluere effekten av enhetliga videoløsninger for beslutningsstøtte i prehospitale tjenester Delmål 2: Identifisere och testa innovativ teknik for bedre beslutningsstøtte Delmål 3: Avdekke potensial for video som beslutningsstøtte i en utvidet akuttkjede Delmål 4: Etablere langsiktige FoUI-samarbeid for videre utvikling av akuttkjeden.
