Specific objectives include: the development of the digital and entrepreneurial skills training path for civil servants at the local/regional level; Supporting vocational training institutions and partners with staff training opportunities; Investing vocational trainers to apply entrepreneurial thinking by using the digital method; Promotion of flexible online training by vocational trainers; Increasing the capacity of the public sector to offer modern services and adopt digital practices; Designing a certification scheme for vocational trainers.
