Description

Description (EN): The project aimed to expand, intensify and improve the process of the cross-border cooperation between R. Moldova and Romania by encouraging and supporting young people from both regions to initiate business activities and set up SMEs.

Achievements (EN):

100 young people aged 18-35 (50 from Moldova and 50 from Romania) gained new entrepreneurial knowledge during 8 training modules and 5 simulation modules and developed new abilities to start a business entity, and also improved their team management and conflict management skills and abilities to cooperate at a cross-border level; 2 Cross-border Start-up Business Support Centers created in both countries;

Expected Results (EN):

Creating an efficient cross-border institutional framework to support start-up businesses and potential entrepreneurs in R. Moldova and Romania; Developing and improving entrepreneurial skills and abilities of the 100 young people from R.Moldova and Romania (districts: Iasi, Vaslui, Suceava); Preparing 100 young potential entrepreneurs from R.Moldova and Romania (districts: Iasi, Vaslui, Suceava) to plan, prepare and initiate sustainable cross-border business activities; Facilitating cross-border dialogue and stimulation of cross-border partnership links between 100 young potential entrepreneurs themselves, as well as between young potential entrepreneurs and 20 experienced business owners the project eligible areas.
