Description (EN):

The grant stimulates initiatives for co-operation in the area of the South Great Plain region near the border, primarily through making the availability of information in relation to the offers in the tourism market more concentrated and improving the human resources opportunities of the sector. As a result of the project a study and a database was made to identify the offers and any related information in the tourism market in the region, an operative plan was developed to provide a comprehensive list of available offers in the market as well as a guideline to implement the plan in practice, and a training programme was designed to improve businesses in the tourism sector and to implement the operative plan. In addition, a training in tourism was designed to provide trade information, the information portal and the information point was completed and relations between partners became broader.
