Bendras projekto tikslas yra palengvinti verslumo tvarų vystymąsi pasienio regione per inovatyvių verslumo paramos sprendimų ir įrankių rinkinį. Partneriai kurs ir organizuos “Simuliacinius žaidimus”, imituojančius realaus gyvenimo situacijas, su kuriomis susiduria dauguma naujai įsteigtų įmonių. Bus organizuojami "Be involved" seminarai, sukurti pagal interaktyvią "Pasisemk įkvėpimo - Padėk - Pasidalink - Išanalizuok" koncepciją. Taip pat bus įdiegtas IKT verslo stimuliatorius, imituojantis verslo pradžia ir plėtros procesus. Projekto tikslinė grupė yra studentai ir abiturientai, jauni žmonės, turintys verslo idėją ir / arba norintys pradėti savo verslą bei naujų įmonių steigėjai. Projektas peržengia esamas praktikas ir yra naujas bei originalus, kalbant apie jo integruotą požiūrį, kuris apima keletą elementų: a) žaidimais grindžiamo neformaliojo mokymosi principai, b) verslo sričių pagrindiniai principai, c) esamų verslininkų patirtis, d) verslo situacija realiame gyvenime. Toks sprendimų formatas leidžia pažvelgti į verslumą įvairiais aspektais, todėl teikia visapusišką supratimą apie verslą. Tikimasi, kad projektas atgaivins verslumo aplinką, skatins naujų įmonių ir darbo vietų kūrimą, taip sumažinant nedarbą ir skatinant ekonominę regionų plėtrą. Manoma, kad 12-15 naujų įmonių bus įsteigta kaip projekto veiklos rezultatas.

Latvijai un Lietuvai ir kopīgi izaicinājumi tādu reģionālo problēmu risināšanā, kas atbilst programmas pētījumam: lēna reģionu ekonomiskā izaugsme, reģionu konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas izaicinājumi, bezdarba atšķirības un zema uzņēmējdarbības aktivitāte. Abām valstīm ir daudz kopīga problēmu risinājumos, tomēr katrai ir arī sava unikālā pieredze – idejas, zināšanas un sasniegumi. Šāda pieredzes apmaiņa rada sinerģijas efektu un veido pamatu efektīvu risinājumu izstrādei, kas ir abpusējs ieguvums. Projekta mērķis ir veicināt ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības attīstību pārrobežu reģionos, izmantojot inovatīvus instrumentus un risinājumus. Tāpēc partneri izstrādās biznesa simulācijas spēles, imitējot reālas dzīves situācijas, un jaunie uzņēmumi tiks iesaistīti semināros „Iesaisties!”(“Be involved!”), kas tiks veidoti saskaņā ar interaktīvo konceptu „Iedvesmojies–Palīdzi–Dalies–Analizē”. Biznesa Simulators, kura izstrāde notiks projektā, imitēs biznesa procesu uzņēmējdarbības sākšanai un attīstībai. Mērķa grupas, kurām paredzēti galvenie projekta ieguvumi, ir studenti un augstskolu absolventi uzņēmējdarbības jomās, jaunieši, kuriem ir biznesa idejas vai kuri vēlas sākt savu biznesu, kā arī jaunizveidotie uzņēmumi, kas vēlas gūt pieredzi. Projekta aspekti izceļas ar oriģinālu, integrētu pieeju, kas ietver vairākus elementus: a) neformālas mācīšanās pieeja; b) pievēršanās uzņēmējdarbības disciplīnām; c) pieredzes apgūšana pie esoša uzņēmēja; d) biznesa prakses piemēri. Risinājumu spektrs ļaus skatīt uzņēmējdarbību no dažādiem aspektiem, tādējādi nodrošinot izpratni par visām uzņēmuma funkcijām un līmeņiem. Sagaidāmie rezultāti: uzņēmējdarbības vides uzlabojumi, radot jaunus uzņēmumus un darbavietas, tādējādi samazinot bezdarbu un veicinot ekonomisko izaugsmi reģionā. Tiek lēsts, ka projekta aktivitāšu rezultāts varētu būt 12–15 jauni uzņēmumi. Latvija ir Lietuva susiduria su tais pačiais iššūkiais Programos teritorijoje, pavyzdžiui, lėtas ekonomikos augimas, mažas regiono konkurencingumas, didelis nedarbas ir nepalanki verslumui aplinka. Nepaisant daug bendrumo, kiekviena šalis taip pat turi savo unikalią patirtį, idėjas, know-how ir pasiekimus, kuriais turėtų būti pasidalinta, siekiant pasiekti sinergetinį efektą ir kurti naujus veiksmingus sprendimus, kurie galėtų būti naudojami abiejų valstybių naudai.

Description (EN):

Latvia and Lithuania face the same territorial challenges in the Programme area, such as slow economic growth, low competitiveness of the region, high unemployment and inactive entrepreneurship environment. While having a lot in common, every country also has its own unique country-specific experience, ideas, know-how and achievements, which should be shared with each other in order to reach a synergistic effect and develop new effective solutions that could be used for the benefit of both states. The overall objective of the project is to facilitate sustainable development of entrepreneurship in cross-border areas through a set of innovative entrepreneurship support solutions and tools. The partners will develop and conduct Business Simulation Games imitating real-life situations most newly-established companies face and “Be involved” seminars designed according to the interactive “Get inspired – help – share – analyze” concept. ICT Business Simulator imitating a process of business start-up and development will be launched. Target groups who will benefit from the project are students and recent graduates in business science, young people who have a business idea and/or willing to start their own business and founders of newly-established enterprises. The project goes beyond the existing practice and is new and original in terms of its integrated approach that incorporates multiple elements: a) principles of informal game-based learning b) main principles of business disciplines c) experience of existing entrepreneurs d) real-life business cases. The format of the solutions allows looking at entrepreneurship from different angles, thus providing an all-round understanding of it. It is expected that the project will revitalize entrepreneurship environment leading to the creation of new businesses and workplaces, thus reducing unemployment and facilitating economic growth of the region. It is estimated that 12-15 new businesses will be established as a result of the project activities.

Achievements (EN):

Project main outputs are achieved: 1)“Textbook of Business”– analytical report based on interviews with entrepreneurs from the cross-border area: Kurzeme, Zemgale and Latgale regions in Latvia and Klaipeda, Panevezys and Utena counties in Lithuania. Interviews conduction – 60 business cases, 30 questionnaires filled by respondents from newly-established enterprises and 30 representatives of major business and successful long-standing SME. 2) In the framework of the project , a set out 4 Business Simulation Games on such topics: retail, wholesale; production and services. All Business Simulation Games was developed and conducted in project partners regions: Jelgava, Daugavpils, Ventspils, Klaipeda, Visaginas and Panevezys. Each game gathered together 35-40 participants from Latvia and Lithuania, who competed in cross-border teams during 6-7 hours. A total of 8 Business Simulation Games and one pilot game were played, the total number of participants involved in the Business Simulation Games is 360. 3) Guidelines on preparation and conduction of Business Simulation Games: these Guidelines are oriented at educational institutions, training centres, regional development centres, business incubators, business support organisations, youth centres and all other interested parties who wish to conduct the games themselves. 4) “Be involved” seminars designed according to an interactive “Get inspired – help – share – analyze” concept were conducted in Jelgava, Daugavpils, Ventspils, Klaipeda, Visaginas and Panevezys. Innovative seminar structure allows participants to try on different roles and perform various activities during 6-7 hours. Recommended number of attendees: 30-40 people. Events are carried out in four sessions: Session 1 – Success stories; Session 2 – Cure a business; Session 3 – Start a business; Session 4 – Look at a business from the outside. During the 2017-2019 project period, 6 seminars were organized in Latvian and Lithuanian cities and the gathered practical experience of organizing. The total number of participants involved in the seminars is 261. These events allowed to develop Guidelines on preparation and conducting seminars. The Guidelines provide information on the structure of the event, its possible content, which business representatives should present their business, how to engage young people actively participate in this seminar and how to conduct a successful seminar step by step. The document is oriented towards educational institutions, business incubators, business support organisations, youth centers and all other interested parties who wish to organize the seminars themselves. 5) Online Business Simulator- is an innovative interactive tool that trains beginners in entrepreneurship how to successfully establish and run own companies while avoiding painful mistakes. 100 real-life situations in its database allow looking at the world of business from different angles, thus providing an all-round understanding of it. Expected Outputs (EN):

It is estimated that 12-15 new businesses will be established as a result of the project activities. Additionally, project partners believe that start-ups founded with the support obtained during the project period will have a lower risk of failure both at the beginning stage of the business development and in the long run.
