Effective climate protection and sustainable energy supply is more urgent than ever and can only be achieved by all countries working together. The first step towards a stronger international collaboration is closer cooperation with neighbouring countries. An obstacle on the road to a more sustainable energy system is the lack of skilled personnel. In Hungary and Austria there are many well trained skilled personnel in areas such as civil engineering, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, who are already in work and who would like to undertake jobs in the energy sector. In the previous REBE project, the foundations were laid for cooperation on education, and REBE II will offer 50 of these skilled personnel practical, high quality and work-based pilot training to become certified energy engineers. The new rules of the European Higher Education Area make it possible for this training to be undertaken jointly by Austria and Hungary. In this tri-semester training, students will acquire comprehensive knowledge on the basic principles of energy technology, energy efficiency and renewable energy and expertise in cross-border cooperation. Subsequently they can become qualified engineers with a further two to three semesters. Bilateral courses, projects and additional measures such as a regional exchange for final year projects to promote closer cooperation between universities and businesses and a cross-border platform for the presentation of innovative, regional pilot projects will contribute towards intensifying cooperation on education and the transfer of knowledge in the border area. Bilateral training to become an energy engineer will be undertaken on a regular basis after the successful end of the project by the four participating educational establishments in Keszthely, Wiener Neustadt, Weiz and Györ. The increasing number of "bilateral graduates" will accordingly have a positive effect on a sustainable increase in cross-border cooperation.

Wirksamer Klimaschutz und nachhaltige Energieversorgung ist dringlicher denn je und kann nur von allen Staaten gemeinsam erreicht werden. Erster Schritt zu einer stärkeren internationalen Zusammenarbeit ist eine engere Kooperation mit dem Nachbarstaat. Ein Engpass auf dem Weg zu nachhaltigeren Energiesystemen ist der Mangel an Fachkräften. In Ungarn und in Österreich gibt es viele gut ausgebildete Fachkräfte in Bereichen wie Bautechnik, Elektrotechnik und Maschinenbau, die bereits im Beruf stehen und Aufgaben im Energiebereich übernehmen möchten. Im Vorgängerprojekt REBE wurden die Grundlagen für eine Bildungszusammenarbeit geschaffen, REBE II wird 50 dieser Fachkräfte eine konkrete, hochwertige und berufsbegleitende Pilotausbildung zum zertifizierten Energietechniker anbieten. Die neuen Regeln des europäischen Hochschulraums machen es möglich, dass diese Ausbildung für Österreich und Ungarn gemeinsam durchgeführt wird. Die Studierenden werden in dieser dreisemestrigen Ausbildung umfassende Kenntnisse in energietechnischen Grundlagen, Energieeffizienz und Erneuerbare Energien und Kompetenzen in der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit erwerben. Anschließend können sie den Diplomingenieur mit weiteren zwei bis drei Semester erlangen. Bilaterale Lehrveranstaltungen, Projektarbeiten und ergänzende Maßnahmen wie eine regionale Diplomarbeitsbörse zur engeren Zusammenarbeit von Hochschulen und Unternehmen und eine grenzüberschreitende Plattform zur Präsentation innovativer, regionaler PIlotprojekte werden beitragen, Bildungszusammenarbeit und Wissenstransfer im Grenzraum zu intensivieren. Die bilaterale Ausbildung zum Energietechniker wird nach erfolgreichem Projektabschluss von den beteiligten vier Bildungseinrichtungen in Keszthely, Wr. Neustadt, Weiz und Györ regelmäßig durchgeführt werden. Die zunehmende Zahl von "bilateralen Absolventen" wird sich entsprechend positiv auf eine nachhaltige Intensivierung der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit auswirken.

Hatékony klímavédelem és fenntartható energia ellátás - sürgetőbbek, mint valaha, és csak minden állam együttműködésével, közös munkájával érhetők el. Az első lépés az erősebb nemzetközi együttműködés felé egy szorosabb együttműködés a szomszédos országgal. Szűk keresztmetszetet képez a fenntarthatóbb energetikai rendszerekhez vezető úton jelenleg a képzett munkaerő hiánya. Magyarországon és Ausztriában már sok jól képzett szakember dolgozik az építéstechnika, elektrotechnika és a gépészet területén, akik már munkában állnak, és szeretnék átvenni az energetikai feladatokat. A korábbi REBE projektben megteremtődtek az alapjai egy olyan oktatási együttműködésnek, amelyet a REBE II valósít meg, 50 ilyen gyakorlati szakembernek nyújt konkrét, magas színvonalú képzési és továbbképzési lehetőséget egy minősített energia technikus pilotképzéssel. Az új szabályok az Európai Felsőoktatási Térségben lehetővé teszik, hogy ezt a képzést Ausztria és Magyarország közösen valósítsák meg. A hallgatók ebben a három féléves képzésben széles körű ismereteket szereznek az energetika műszaki alapjairól, az energiahatékonyságról és a megújuló energiákról, továbbá kompetenciákat szereznek a határon átnyúló együttműködésről. Megszerezhetik a diplomás mérnök képesítést további két vagy három félév elvégzésével. Bilaterális oktatási rendezvények, projektekmunkák és kiegészítő intézkedések, - mint például a regionális diplomamunka börze az egyetemek és vállalkozások közötti szorosabb együttműködés érdekében, határon átnyúló platform az innovatív, regionális pilotprojektek bemutatása céljából – járulnak hozzá az oktatási együttműködés és a tudástranszfer intenzitásának fokozásához a határ menti régióban. A kétoldalú energiatechnikus képzést a projekt sikeres befejezését követően rendszeresen végzi majd az érintett négy oktatási intézmény Keszthely, WR. Neustadt, Weiz és Győr. A "bilaterális végzősök" növekvő száma pozitív hatással lesz a határon átnyúló együttműködés fenntartható növelésére.

Expected Outputs (HU): Eredménye egy közös minősített képzési program végrehajtása, amelyben mind a 4 projektpartner mint oktatási intézmény részt vesz. A kiegészítő innovációs adatbázis és a diplomamunka börze felépítése további partnerek bevonásával valósul meg.
