Le projet FLORAPYR constitue la poursuite, la capitalisation et le confortement des collaborations, des ressources partagées et des résultats du volet biodiversité du projet POCTEFA de la programmation antérieure (OPCC – EFA235/11). Il regroupe 6 partenaires principaux français et espagnols, et associe également un partenaire andorran et la CTP-OPCC. Il propose ainsi une couverture complète du territoire pyrénéen pour la connaissance de la diversité végétale, caractère emblématique des Pyrénées et qui pourrait être affectée par les évolutions climatiques. L’objectif général du projet est de poursuivre et compléter l’atlas de la flore des Pyrénées et le suivi des combes à neige pour améliorer la qualité des données, leur diffusion et la robustesse des résultats, de valoriser les données rassemblées pour l’évaluation et l’alerte sur les enjeux de conservation, de s’impliquer dans un dispositif international sur le changement climatique, de développer l’observation participative des Pyrénéens, et de communiquer sur les travaux menés et les résultats obtenus dans les Pyrénées. FLORAPYR va contribuer ainsi au programme transversal OPCC-2 visant à développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie et le plan d’action de l'Observatoire pyrénéen du changement climatique. Les principaux résultats escomptés du projet sont la production d’indicateurs, la mise à disposition de données floristiques en lien avec le climat ainsi que la communication et la sensibilisation sur le sujet.

El proyecto FLORAPYR constituye la continuación, la capitalización y el reforzamiento de las colaboraciones, los recursos compartidos y los resultados del apartado de Biodiversidad del proyecto POCTEFA del programa anterior (OPCC – EFA235/11). Reagrupa 6 socios principales franceses y españoles, y asocia también un socio andorrano y la CTP-OPCC. Propone de este modo una cobertura completa del territorio pirenaico para el conocimiento de la diversidad vegetal, rasgo emblemático de los Pirineos, y que podría verse afectada por las evoluciones climáticas. El objetivo general del proyecto es el de continuar y completar el Atlas de la Flora de los Pirineos y el seguimiento de neveros para mejorar la calidad de los datos, su difusión y la robustez de sus resultados, valorizar los datos compilados para evaluar y alertar sobre los problemas de conservación, poder asociarse a un dispositivo internacional sobre el cambio climático, desarrollar la observación participativa de la población pirenaica y asegurar la difusión de los trabajos realizados y resultados obtenidos en los Pirineos. FLORAPYR va a contribuir así al nuevo programa transversal OPCC-2, que pretende desarrollar y poner en marcha la estrategia y el plan de acción del OPCC. Los principales resultados que esperan obtenerse del proyecto FLORAPYR son la producción de indicadores de seguimiento y la difusión de datos florísticos en relación con el clima y también comunicación y sensibilización sobre este tema.

Description (EN):

FLORAPYR project represents the continuation, capitalization and enhancement of partnerships, shared resources and results of Biodiversity section of POCTEFA project in the previous program (OPCC - EFA235 / 11). 6 main French and Spanish partners are regrouped, associating also an Andorran partner and the CTP-OPCC. Thus the project proposes the complete coverage of the Pyrenean region for the understanding of the plant diversity, an emblematic feature of the Pyrenees that could be affected by climate changes. The overall project aim is to continue and complete the Atlas of the Flora of the Pyrenees and the monitoring of snowfields to improve the quality of data, their publication and the robustness of their results, to enhance the compiled data in order to assess on conservation problems, to join an international platform on climate change, to develop public participation by the Pyrenean population and to ensure the outreach of the work carried out and the results obtained in the Pyrenees. FLORAPYR will contribute the new transversal OPCC-2 program, which aims to develop and implement the strategy and action plan of the Pyrenean Observatory for Climate Change. The main expected results obtained from the FLORAPYR project are the production of monitoring indicators, the publication of floristic data in relation to climate and also the divulgation and public awareness on this issue.
