Le projet EDERBIDEA vise à développer les mobilités durables, cyclables, sur le territoire transfrontalier que constituent le Guipúzcoa, la Navarre et les Pyrénées Atlantiques. Il s'agira: - D'établir un schéma cyclable transfrontalier en donnant une nouvelle dimension aux orientations déjà prises ou en cours d'élaboration sur le territoire, - de donner une impulsion en aménageant un itinéraire cyclable structurant entre les principales villes de ce territoire transfrontalier que sont Bayonne - San Sébastien - Pampelune, - de mettre en place sur cette base, des actions de formation/sensibilisation auprès des décideurs, des techniciens concepteurs et des usagers quelle que soit le motif de leur déplacement cyclable, - de développer l'intermodalité en produisant les données géographiques des itinéraires cyclables (pistes, voie vertes, voiries à faible trafic) afin de renseigner le volet cyclable du calculateur d'itinéraire mis en place par l'EuroRegion dans le cadre de Transfermuga. Ces territoires transfrontaliers de proximité, avec une urbanisation quasi continu entre Bayonne et San Sébastien, sont liés par ses activités économiques, de service, de loisir. Ils souhaitent compléter l'offre de déplacements actuelles (automobile, bus et train) par un axe mobilité durable pouvant constituer la base d'un réseau à développer. Après avoir convaincu les usagers par l'approche loisir/plaisir du vélo, il s'agit à présent de l'intégrer dans le quotidien.

Description (EN):

EDERBIDEA project aims at developing sustainable and cycle mobility, on cross-border lands which are Guipùzcoa, Navarre and Pyrénées-Atlantiques. It will consist in: - Drawing up a cross-border cycle outline, giving a new extent to the orientations taken all through the territory creation. - Giving an impetus with a structuring cycle land settlement, between the main cities of this cross-border territory which is composed of Bayonne – San Sebastian – Pamplona. - Setting up on this basis training/awerness actions to decision-maker, technic designers, and users, whatever the purpose of their cycle trip is. - Developing intermodal connections, producing geographic data about bicycle routes (lanes, green paths, low density lines) in order to fill out the bicycle component of the transport route planner, developed by the Euroregion in the context of Transfermuga. Those local cross-borders lands, with an almost continuous urbanization between Bayonne and San Sebastian, are linked by economic, service and leisure activities. They wish to complete the actual supply of means of travel (cars, buses and train), with a sustainable mobility objective, which could become the basis for a network development. After convincing users with a leisure/pleasure approach of the bicycle, it is time now to include it in everyday life.

El proyecto EDERBIDEA pretende desarrollar el transporte sostenible, en bicicleta, en el territorio transfronterizo que constituye Guipúzcoa, Navarra y los Pirineos Atlánticos. Se tratará de: - Establecer un plan ciclista transfronterizo dando una nueva dimensión a las orientaciones que se han tomado ya o están en marcha en el territorio. - Dar una impulsión acondicionando un itinerario estructurante entre las principales ciudades, Bayona, San Sebastián y Pamplona. - Establecer sobre esta base acciones de sensibilización y formación con los responsables, los técnicos conceptuales y los usuarios, cual sea el motivo de su desplazamiento en bicicleta. - Desarrollar cualquier forma de movilidad aportando datos geográficos de los itinerarios posibles en bicicleta (carriles bici, vías con poco tráfico, etc.) con el obejtivo de completar el componente “ciclista” del calculador del recorrido/itinerario puesto a disposición por la Euroregion en el marco del proyecto Transfermuga. Estos territorios transfronterizos de proximidad, con una urbanización casi continua entre Bayona y San Sebastián, están unidos por sus actividades económicas, de servicios y de ocio. Desearían completar la oferta de transportes aue existente (bus, tren,..) por un eje nuevo de movilidad sostenible, pudiendo constituir la base de un red a desarrollar en el futuro. Tras haber convencido a los usuarios con el enfoque ocio/placer de la bicicleta, ahora se trata de integrarlo en la vida cotidiana.
