In der Grenzregion beider Länder ist die Förderung der Mobilität und die Verbesserung der grenzüberschreitenden Verbindung sowie der Erreichbarkeit der regionalen Zentren ein herausragend wichtiges Ziel. Das direkte Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Verbindung zwischen den Gemeinden Várbalog-Albertkázmérpuszta - Halbturn auszubauen. Der Eingriff ist deshalb notwendig, weil es derzeit keine asphaltierte Straße zwischen Várbalog und dem dazu gehörenden Gemeindeteil Albertkázmérpuszta gibt. Falls das Projekt realisiert werden kann, wird eine Verbindung nicht nur zwischen den beiden Gemeindeteilen, sondern auch zwischen den zwei Seitenstraßen 8508 in Ungarn und L211 in Österreich entstehen.Im Rahmen des Projekts wird vom Zentrum Várbalog, der Straße Nr.8508 ausgehend der bestehende Feldweg nach Albertkázmérpuszta zu einer asphaltierten Straße ausgebaut. Durch diese Entwicklungsmaßnahme entsteht eine schnellere und sicherere Verbindung zwischen den Gemeinden an beiden Seiten der Grenze. Durch den Ausbau des Grenzübergangs wird man von Mosonmagyaróvár aus Neusiedl am See besser erreichen können, wodurch auch die Zufahrt an die Elemente des höher-rangigen TEN-T Straßennetzes günstiger wird. Die Entwicklung schafft bessere Voraussetzungen für die Erreichbarkeit der lokalen Arbeitskraft, der Waren und Dienstleistungen.Bei grenzüberschreitenden Straßenentwicklungsmaßnahmen ist die Harmonisierung der Vorbereitung und die gemeinsame Planung unerlässlich.

Description (EN):

Facilitating mobility and enhancing cross-border connections, communication and accessibility of regional centres is a priority objective in the border-lying region between Austria and Hungary. The project’s immediate objective is to connect the municipalities of Várbalog-Albertkázmérpuszta and Halbturn. The intervention is necessitated by the fact that at present there is no asphalt road connection between the village of Várbalog and the settlement Albertkázmérpuszta belonging to it. After the implementation of the project, besides the connection of the two segments of the municipality a connection will be established between the Hungarian by-road No. 8508 and the Austrian by-road No. L211.The project will involve covering the existing dirt road starting in the centre of the village of Várbalog from the No. 8508 road with asphalt pavement up to Albertkázmérpuszta. The development will create a quicker and safer connection between the municipalities lying on the opposite sides of the border. The improvement of border crossing on the other hand, will improve access towards Mosonmagyaróvár and Neusiedl am See as well, creating improved conditions for accessing the elements of the higher level TEN-T road network. The development will also provide improved access to and for local labour, goods and services. Coordination of the preparatory tasks and joint planning/design are indispensable in the case of cross-border road developments.

Kiemelt cél a két ország közötti határtérségben, a mobilitás előmozdítása és a regionális központok határon átnyúló összekapcsolódásának és elérhetőségének növelése. A projekt közvetlen célja, hogy megteremtse a kapcsolatot Várbalog-Albertkázmérpuszta - Halbturn települések között. A beavatkozás szükségességének oka, hogy Várbalogot és az ahhoz tartozó Albertkázmérpusztát jelenleg nem köti össze aszfaltút. A projekt megvalósulása esetén a két településrész összecsatlakozásán túl a magyar 8508-as jelű és az osztrák L211-es számú mellékutak között jön létre kapcsolat.A projekt keretében Várbalog központjától, a 8508. jelű úttól induló, meglévő földút nyomvonal aszfalt burkolatú kiépítése valósul meg Albertkázmérpusztáig. A fejlesztés gyorsabb és biztonságosabb összeköttetést teremt a határ két oldalán fekvő települések között. A határátmenet fejlesztésével pedig javul az eljutás Mosonmagyaróvár és Neusiedl am See irányába is, kedvezőbb feltételeket teremtve a magasabb rendű TEN-T úthálózat elemeinek elérhetőségéhez. A fejlesztés jobb lehetőségeket biztosít a helyi munkaerő, áru és szolgáltatások elérhetőségének. A hátáron átnyúló útfejlesztések esetében elengedhetetlen az előkészítő munkálatok összehangolása és a közös tervezés.

Expected Results (HU): Átlag utazási idő (egyéni utazás) egy TEN-T hálózati kapcsolattal rendelkező csomóponthoz

Expected Outputs (DE): Fahrzeitverkürzung zwischen der TEN-T Hauptstr. Nr. 86 und Neusiedl am See (drittrangiger Knotenpunkt). Erreichung von Mosonmagyaróvár (zweitrangiger Knotenpunkt) und der O-W-Elemente des TEN-T Netzes werden auch im Fall von Straßensperren gewährleistet.

Expected Outputs (HU): Csökken az utazási idő a 86-os számú TEN-T főút és Neusiedl am See (harmadrendű csomópont) között. Mosonmagyaróvár másodrangú csomópont és a TEN-T hálózat kelet-nyugati irányú elemeinek elérése biztosított lenne havária esetén is
