In the cross-border socio-economic space, the language and cultural knowledge constitutes an important part of employability of future young adults in the dynamically changing working life of labour. Scientific, technical and digital competencies have a high priority value in the educational landscape of both countries. Strengthening these competencies is at the heart of the cooperation. The innov. aspect lies in combining language teaching with knowledge transfer, by which learning opportunities will be created which are characterised of a high quality of language knowledge. Furthermore, it is an innov. approach that regional potentials (e.g.museums, enterprises, conservation areas, energy production) will be used as places of learning and as resources of cross-border educational area in order to elaborate educational competences. By the cross-border elaboration of collecting materials will each project partner bring in their own existing knowledge and educational priorities for the work and they will present proven approaches and concepts to the rest of the partners, by which the new impulses can be used in the whole project region. By this, the project contributes to language-sensitive knowledge transfer which increases the learning outcomes of children and offers new possibilities for pedagogues in the field of language teaching in a regional context. Both experts and students took part in the development, therefore theory and practice will be linked and also educational institutions will be more extensively engaged. In order to anchor pedagogic innov. in the institutions, in the BIG_inn also management members will be professionalised, and qualification approaches will be elaborated in the field of innov. management for the management and those responsible for quality. For the first time, in the BIG_inn an intellectual capital reporting will be carried out by each PP in order to make visible the created added value in the field of knowledge growth.

Im gü. Wirtschafts- und Gesellschaftsraum bilden Sprach- und Kulturkenntnisse einen wichtigen Anteil für „Employability“ (Beschäftigungsfähigkeit) von künftigen jungen Erwachsenen in einer sich dynamisch verändernden Arbeitswelt. Naturwissenschaftliche, technische und digitale Kompetenzen haben in der gesamten Bildungslandschaft beider Länder einen hohen Prioritätscharakter. Die Stärkung dieser Kompetenzen steht in der gü. Zusammenarbeit im Mittelpunkt. Der innovative Aspekt liegt in der verknüpften Sprach-und Wissensvermittlung, sodass Lernanlässe geschaffen werden, die eine hohe Sprachqualität aufweisen. Ein innovativer Ansatz hierbei ist, dass die regionalen Potentiale (z.B. Museen, Betriebe, Naturschutzgebiete, Energiegewinnung) als Lernorte entdeckt und als Ressource des gü. Bildungsraums für die Erarbeitung von Bildungskompetenzen genutzt werden. Durch die gü. Erstellung der Materialiensammlung bringen alle PP ihr vorhandenes Wissen und ihre regionalen Bildungsschwerpunkte in die Arbeit ein und machen erprobte Ansätze und Konzepte auch für andere PP sichtbar, sodass die neuen Impulse in der gesamten Projektregion verwendet werden können. So trägt das Projekt zur sprachsensiblen Wissensvermittlung bei, die das Lernergebnis der Kinder steigert und PädagogInnen neue Möglichkeiten der Sprachvermittlung im regionalen Kontext aufzeigt. Da sowohl FachexpertInnen als auch StudentInnen an der Entwicklung beteiligt sind, erfolgt eine Vernetzung von Theorie und Praxis-auch Ausbildungsinstitutionen sind verstärkt eingebunden. Um eine erfolgreiche Verankerung von pädagogischen Innovationen in Institutionen zu sichern, werden in BIG_inn auch Leitungskräfte professionalisiert und für Führungskräfte und für Qualität zuständige Personen Qualifizierungsansätze im Innovationsmanagement erarbeitet. In BIG_inn wird erstmals eine gü.Wissensbilanz /alle PPdurchgeführt, um den geschaffenen Mehrwert im Bereich des Wissenszuwachs sichtbar zu machen.

A határon átnyúló (há) gazd.-i és társadalmi térben a nyelvi és kulturális ismeretek fontos részét képezik a jövőbeli fiatal felnőttek foglalkoztathatóságának a munka dinamikusan változó világában. A természettudományos, műszaki és digitális kompetenciák mindkét ország okt. rendszerében magas prioritási értékkel bírnak. Ezen kompetenciák erősítése áll a há. együttműködés középpontjában. Az innovatív szempont a nyelvoktatás és a tudásátadás összekapcsolásában rejlik, melynek révén olyan tanulási alkalmak kerülnek kialakításra, melyekre magas nyelvi minőség jellemző. Emellett innov. megközelítésnek számít, h. a reg. potenciálok (pl. múzeumok, üzemek, természetvédelmi területek, energiatermelés) tanulási helyekként, a há. képzési tér erőforrásaiként kerülnek alkalmazásra a képzési kompetenciák kidolgozása céljából. Az anyaggyűjtemény há. kidolgozásával minden PP hozzáadja saját meglévő tudását és reg. képzési súlypontjait a közös munkához, és kipróbált megközelítéseket és koncepciókat mutatnak be a többi partner részére, mely révén az új megoldások alkalmazásra kerülhetnek a projektrégióban. A projekt így hozzájárul a nyelvi szempontokat figyelembe vevő tudásátadáshoz, mely javítja a gyerekek tanulási eredményeit és új lehetőségeket kínál a pedagógusok számára a reg. kontextusban megvalósuló nyelvoktatás terén. Mivel a fejlesztésben mind szakértők, mind diákok részt vesznek, összekapcsolódik az elmélet és a gyakorlat, az okt. intézmények is jelentősebb mértékben kerülnek bevonásra. Azért, h. a ped. innovációk az intézményekben rögzüllhessenek, a BIG_inn-ben a vezetők is részesülnek professzionalizálást célzó képzésben, ill. az innovációmenedzsment területén képzési megközelítések kerülnek kidolgozásra a vezető tisztségviselőkre, minőségért felelős munkatársakra von. A BIG_inn-ben kerül sor első alkalommal arra, h. minden PP há. szellemi tőke felmérést hajt végre annak érdekében, h. a tudásbővítés területén megteremtett hozzáadott értéket láthatóvá tegyék.
