VekselWirk verbindet 5 bestehende kreativwirtschaftliche Zentren (Innovation-Hubs) in Kolding, Roskilde, Kiel und Lübeck. Themen sind die grenzüberschreitenden Herausforderungen der Etablierung von Brückenorganisationen und der Zusammenarbeit in der Wissensregion zur Entwicklung von Produkt-, Prozess und Sozialinnovationen sowie die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen und Karrieremöglichkeiten für Hochausgebildete Kreative. Ziel ist die Aktivierung des Innovationspotenzials der Kreativwirtschaft für die Programmregion. Als Ergebnisse werden 5 dauerhaft gesicherte Coworking-Spaces mit Unterstützungsprogrammen bestehen. Erwartet werden 20 Innovationskonzepte, 15 innovative Projektplanungen und Geschäftsideen, 10000 Besucher von 6 Ausstellungs- und Veranstaltungswochen, 40 Prototypen für innovative Konzepte und Produkte, eine Studie zur Rolle von Hubs für die Innovationskultur, 500 Besucher von 4 internationalen Konferenzen. Profitieren sollen Kommunen und KMU der Programmregion. Mit der Einrichtung von 5 grenzüberschreitend genutzten Coworking-Spaces mit professionellem Communitymanagement und Unterstützungsangeboten zur Projektentwicklung (MOOC, Virtueller Inkubator) wird der Rahmen für die Durchführung von 12 grenzüberschreitenden Quadro-Helix Projekten, 6 Ausstellungs- und Veranstaltungswochen, 8 Innovation-Camps /Prototyping-Weeks, den strategischen Austausch der beteiligten Kommunen und die Erarbeitung einer Studie und von Handlungsempfehlungen zu Innovation-Hubs geschaffen. Der grenzüberschreitende Ansatz des Projekts ist notwendig, um die unterschiedlicher Kompetenzen der beteiligten Hubs im Feld der Kreativwirtschaft und ihre Unternehmensnetzwerke zusammenzuführen und so Augenhöhe zu Metropolregionen zu erreichen. Neu und innovativ an dem Projekt ist die Etablierung von grenzüberschreitend genutzten Coworking-Spaces und die damit verbundene systematische grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit in der Kreativwirtschaft und die Zusammenführung unterschiedlicher Kompetenzen.

VekselWirk forbinder 5 bestående centrer for kreative industrier (Innovation Hubs) i Kolding, Roskilde, Kiel og Lübeck. Emnerne er de grænseoverskridende udfordringer af etablering af brobygningsorganisationer og samarbejdet i videnregionen til udviklingen af produkt-, proces- og socialinnovationer såvel som skabelsen af arbejdspladser og karrieremuligheder for højtuddannede kreative. Målet er at aktivere innovationspotentialet af de kreative fra programregionen. Som resultat vil der opstå 5 permanent sikrede Coworking Spaces i støtteprogrammet. Der forventes 20 innovationskoncepter, 15 innovative projektplanlæggelser og forretningsideer, 10.000 besøgere for 6 udstillings- og begivenhedsuger, 40 prototyper for innovative koncepter og produkter, et studie omkring hubenes rolle for innovationskultur, 500 besøger på 4 internationale konferencer. Herfra skal kommuner og SMV’er i programregioner profitere. Med etableringen af 5 grænseoverskridende arbejdende Coworking Spaces med professionel community managemet og støttetilbud til projektudvikling (MOOC, virtuel inkubator) bliver der skabt rammen for gennemførelsen af 12 grænseoverskridende quadro-helix projekte, 6 udstillings- og begivenhedsuger, 8 innovation-camps/ prototyping-uger, den strategiske udveksling af de deltagende kommuner og udarbejdelse af et studie og handlingsanbefalinger til Innovation Hubs. Projektets grænseoverskridende tilgang er nødvendig for at samle de forskellige kompetencer af de deltagende hubs indenfor de kreative industrier og deres virksomhedsnetværk og dermed at nå på øjenhøjde med metropolregioner. Det nye og innovative ved projektet er etableringen af grænseoverksridende benyttede Coworking Spaces og det dermed forbundne systematiske grænseoverskridende samarbejde i de kreative industrier og samling af de forskellige kompetencer.

VekselWirk connects 5 existing centers for creative industries (Innovation Hubs) in Kolding, Roskilde, Kiel and Lübeck. The topics are the challenges faced by the establishment of bridgeorganisations and cooperations in the knowledge region for the development of product, process and social innovations as well as the creation of jobs and career opportunities for highly skilled creatives. The goal is to facilitate the innovation potential of the creatives in the program region. As a result, there will be 5 permanently secured Coworking Spaces in the support program. There are expected 20 innovation concepts, 15 innovative project plannings and business ideas, 10,000 visitors for 6 exhibition and event weeks, 40 prototypes of innovative concepts and products, a study about the role of hubs in innovation culture, 500 visitors at 4 international conferences. Municipalities and SMEs in the program regions will benefit of this. With the establishment of 5 cross-border used Coworking Spaces with professional community managemet and support services for project development (MOOC, virtual incubator) the framework for the implementation of 12 border crossing quad-helix projects, 6 exhibition and event weeks, 8 innovation-camps / prototyping weeks, strategic exchange of the participating municipalities and the elaboration of a study and recommendations for Innovation Hubs is created. The project's cross-border approach is needed to bring together the different skills of the participating hubs within the creative industries and their business’ networks and thus to reach the level of metropolitan regions. The new and innovative aspect of the project is the establishment of cross-border used Coworking Spaces and the related systematic cross-border cooperation in the creative industries and assembly of the various competencies.

Achievements (EN):

In 2019 we we’re able to see the results of our work so far. VekselWirk is becoming known in the local cities and our network is expanding. Our target group of the creatives have knowledge to some of our formats and are using the established and new coworking spaces. Activities such as the Creative Retreat show that a community is forming as a consequence of our many activities and events in the spaces. The events during the autumn also succeed with an increasing number of participants, also with greater diversity, which among others counts policy makers, professors, educational institutions, start-ups, companies and citizens from the program region. Our next challenges is how we can keep this momentum, and offer the community a sustained platform to keep connecting to each other and getting interested in the local opportunities in the cross-border region. A further great success is the growing teamwork and collaboration between partner organizations. There seems to be a genuine friendship and continuing interest to collaborate even beyond the scope of the project. These lasting relationships are testament to the hard work and good spirit that all partners put in. It is obvious, because the events are visited much more this year than in 2018 and there exist good contacts to our target groups. Also several creatives relationships of trust have developed.
