In last years the »battle for talents« has intensified on the global level boosting the outflow of entrepreneurial talents and innovative companies from the cross border areas into the more attractive start-up ecosystems. Another critical aspect is the low level of region’s internal/external connections, and the need to reinforce innovation networks for improved cooperation. Addressing the above, EES AA will be pioneer in linking local entrepreneurial and start-up hubs in a cross border Entrepreneurship Cluster, where technology parks, universities, incubators and co-working spaces play a central role enabling the joint promotion of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Alpe Adria as destination for best innovative companies of the region and visible on a global level. The targeted breakthrough EES AA will bring about: 1) Formation of a cross-border entrepreneurial destination Alpe-Adria through development of a common vision, strategy and action plan (including joint Lighthouse events, strategic matching and coordination with parallel Entrepreneurial Ecosystems. 2) Creation of a systematic package of high level services supporting the set up and growth of innovative SMEs/start-ups within the Programme area (mobilization schemes, start-up softlanding, projects with market replication potential). 3) Deployment of high level cross border entrepreneurial mentoring program.4) Development of an educational program on entrepreneurship and piloting it within the project area.

In den letzten Jahren hat sich der »Kampf um Talente« auf globaler Ebene verstärkt. Die Abwanderung von unternehmerischen Talenten und innovativen Unternehmen aus den Grenzgebieten in attraktivere Start-up Ecosysteme hat zugenommen. Kritische Aspekte sind das niedrige Niveau der internen/externen Netzwerke der Region und die Notwendigkeit, speziell Innovationsnetzwerke zu verstärken. Daher wird EES AA bei der Verknüpfung von lokalen Entrepreneurial-Hubs und Start-up-Hubs zu einem grenzüberschreitenden Entrepreneurship Cluster, in dem Technologieparks, Universitäten, Inkubatoren und Coworking-Spaces zentrale Rollen spielen, als Vorreiter aktiv. Das EES AA wird als Destination für die besten innovativen Unternehmen der Region und von außerhalb (global) sichtbar gemacht. EES AA wird erfolgreich, indem: 1) eine grenzüberschreitende EES AA Destination, durch die Entwicklung einer gemeinsamen Vision, Strategie und eines Aktionsplans (Veranstaltung gemeinsamer Lighthouse Events, strategische Abstimmung und Koordination mit anderen Entrepreneurial Ecosystemen) gebildet wird. 2) ein systematisiertes Paket von Services auf höchstem Niveau für den Aufbau und das Wachstum innovativer KMUs / Start-ups im Programmgebiet (Mobilisierung, Start-up Softlanding, Vermarktungspotential) entsteht. 3) ein grenzüberschreitendes niveauvolles Begleitprogramm zur Betreuung bereitgestellt wird. 4) ein Bildungsprogramm für Unternehmertum und dessen Pilotierung im Projektgebiet entwickelt wird.

Negli ultimi anni la battaglia “per i talenti”si è intensificata a livello globale aumentando il deflusso di talenti imprenditoriali e imprese innovative dalle zone transfrontaliere verso ecosistemi più attraenti. Un altro aspetto critico è il basso livello di connessioni esterne/interne della regione e la necessità di rafforzare le reti di innovazione per una migliore cooperazione. Per affrontare quanto sopra, EES AA sarà pioniere nel collegare hub imprenditoriali e start-up locali in un Cluster transfrontaliero, dove parchi tecnologici, università, incubatori e co-working giocano un ruolo centrale nella promozione congiunta dell’ecosistema imprenditoriale Alpe Adria come destinazione per le migliori aziende innovative della regione visibile a livello globale. EESAA produrrà una svolta specifica con: 1) Formazione di una destinazione imprenditoriale Alpe-Adria, sviluppo di una visione-strategia e di un piano d'azione comuni (eventi faro congiunti, abbinamenti strategici, coordinamento con ecosistemi imprenditoriali paralleli). 2). Creazione di un pacchetto sistematico di servizi di alto livello per l’avvio e crescita di PMI innovative/start-up all'interno dell'area programma (Mobilization schemes, Softlanding per start-up, progetti di prima applicazione commerciale). 3) Realizzazione di un programma di mentoring imprenditoriale di alto livello transfrontaliero. 4) Sviluppo di un programma educativo in materia di imprenditorialità con azioni pilota nell’area di progetto.

Expected Results (DE):

Die Forschung zeigt, dass Unternehmen schneller zu wachsen und mehr Arbeitsplätze schaffen, wenn sie in dynamische Entrepreneurial Ecosysteme eingebettet sind. Um erfolgreich ihre Idee zu entwickeln, verbinden sie sich mit verschiedenen privaten und öffentlichen Akteuren des Ecosystems, die sie bei der Produktentwicklung und Platzierung, in der Früh- und Wachstumsfinanzierung sowie durch die Bereitstellung von Infrastruktur unterstützen. Die Qualität der einzelnen Ecosysteme wird durch die Qualität der Akteure (Talente, Start-ups und KMU, Investoren, Universitäten, Forschungseinrichtungen, Fachhochschulen, etablierte Unternehmen, Technologieparks, Inkubatoren, Coworking) und der Qualität ihrer Netzwerke gebildet. In den letzten Jahren hat sich der »Kampf um Talente« auf globaler Ebene verstärkt. Die Abwanderung von unternehmerischen Talenten und innovativen Unternehmen aus den Grenzgebieten in attraktivere Start-up Ecosysteme (Silicon Valley, Berlin, etc.) hat zugenommen. Aber nicht nur kleine ländliche Gebiete sind von Abwanderung betroffen, sondern auch Einzugsgebiete von Universitäten (Udine, Treviso, Klagenfurt, Villach). Herausforderung des grenzüberschreitenden Gebiets ist es die Qualität der Dienstleistungen der wichtigsten Akteure im EES AA durch den Aufbau von qualitätsvollen Vernetzungen zu verstärken. Die Steigerung der Vernetzung ermöglicht eine effektivere Zusammenarbeit und eine Ausrichtung der Rahmenbedingungen auf verschiedenen Ebenen der EES AA Destination. Die Schlüsselakteure vernetzen sich, um ein Serviceprogramm zu implementieren. Damit werden sie für Talente mit unternehmerischen Spirit, Studierende, Investoren, etablierte Unternehmen und andere Beteiligte auf globaler Ebene attraktiv. Sie verstärken damit ihre Präsenz in der Region, verbunden mit den Anstrengungen innovative Unternehmen zu generieren. Die Einstellung zu Entrepreneurship als Option für junge Talente wird über Ressourceneinsatz und verschiedene Formate erhöht.

La ricerca mostra che le aziende tendono a crescere più velocemente e creare più posti di lavoro se funzionano in ecosistemi imprenditoriali dinamici. Per sviluppare con successo la loro idea, si collegano con stakeholder pubblici-privati dell'ecosistema che li possono aiutare nello sviluppo del prodotto, nel posizionamento, sperimentazione, finanziamento e infrastrutture. La qualità dell'ecosistema si misura dalla qualità delle parti interessate (talenti, start-up, PMI, investitori, università, istituti di ricerca, scuole professionali, società, parchi tecnologici, incubatori, coworking) e dalle interconnessioni. Negli ultimi anni la “battaglia” per i migliori talenti si è intensificata a livello globale e ha potenziato il deflusso di talenti imprenditoriali e imprese innovative provenienti dalle zone transfrontaliere verso ecosistemi più attraenti (Silicon Valley, Berlino). Non solo piccole aree rurali sono interessate da questo deflusso, anche bacini di utenza più grandi di confine riferibili alle università di Udine, Treviso, Klagenfurt e Villach. La sfida principale della zona transfrontaliera è come rafforzare la qualità dei servizi degli stakeholder dell'ecosistema imprenditoriale transfrontaliero e come creare il maggior numero di possibili legami tra loro. Rafforzare i legami consentirà una migliore cooperazione e una migliore efficacia delle politiche imprenditoriali dell’intera area Alpe Adria. L’occasione è di collegare i principali stakeholder locali, ideare e attuare programmi e servizi comuni, al fine di renderli più attraenti su scala globale per talenti imprenditoriali, studenti migliori, investitori, imprese affermate e altre parti interessate, al fine di istituire, potenziare o preservare la loro presenza nella regione per creare imprese innovative. Migliorare la forma mentis imprenditoriale come opzione per i giovani talenti che saranno attratti con risorse (es.infrastrutture) e vari format a livello transfrontaliero.

CO04 - Zahl der Unternehmen, die nichtfinanzielle Unterstützung erhalten ; Anzahl 20,00; EES AA Programme und Pilotprojekte adressieren drei kritische Phasen einer Geschäftsmodellentwicklung: Vorgründung, Gründung und Wachstum, wobei Entrepreneure davon profitieren. CO05 - Zahl der geförderten neuen Unternehmen; Anzahl 2,00; EES AA umfasst eine Reihe von Services (z.B. Mentoring), die für die Transformation von Geschäftsideen in Unternehmen bzw. zur Unterstützung von Innovationsprozessen in Unternehmen dienen. CO41 - Zahl der Unternehmen, die an grenzübergreifenden Forschungsvorhaben teilnehmen; Anzahl 3,00; Die Projektpartnerstruktur involviert drei Inkubatoren (FINN, T2I, build). Zentrales Element von ihnen ist der Transfer von Technologie aus Forschungs & Entwicklungseinrichtungen in Unternehmen. OI3 - Zahl der aktivierten Cluster, Plattformen und Netzwerke; Anzahl 1,00; EES AA, ein Pionierprojekt in der Vernetzung lokaler Entrepreneurship und Start-up Hubs in einen Entrepreneurship Cluster, wo Technologieparks, Unis, Inkubatoren, etc. eine zentrale Rolle spielen.

CO04 - Numero di imprese che ricevono un sostegno non finanziario; Numero 20,00; I programmi di sostegno sviluppati nell‘ambito del progetto sono rivolti a tre fasi cruciali dello sviluppo dell'idea imprenditoriale: pre start-up, start-up e crescita a beneficio degli imprenditori: CO05 - Numero di nuove imprese beneficarie di un sostegno; Numero 2,00; EES AA copre un’ampia gamma di servizi (es. mentoring) pensato per la trasformazione di un‘ idea di business in una impresa concreta o per supportare processi innovativi all’interno di PMI già avviate: CO41 - Numero di imprese partecipanti a progetti di ricerca transfrontalieri; Numero 3,00; Il partenariato coinvolge tre incubatori (FINN, T2I, build). Loro obiettivo principale è il trasferimento tecnologico da istituti di Ricerca e Sviluppo verso le imprese. OI3 - Numero di cluster, piattaforme e reti attivate; Numero 1,00; EES AA, pioniere nel collegare hub imprenditoriali e start-up locali in un cluster imprenditoriale transfrontaliero, dove parchi tecnologici, università, incubatori, ecc svolgono un ruolo centrale.
